Still itching to play Dragon Quest VII, but I think it's either been stated or heavily implied that we won't get it on iOS until well after the 3DS version comes out.

I haven't played a mobile RPG in quite some time, since finishing off my Dragon Quest collection with VI, and replaying FFT War of the Lions.

I keep staring at Romancing SaGa 2. If someone were to have had the following experiences with SaGa games, would it be worth picking up RS2 at full price?

    - I loved the music in SaGa Frontier 1, but the gameplay drove me batty.
    - I greatly enjoyed SaGa Frontier 2.
    - I didn't last one hour of Unlimited SaGa before I got rid of it.

I have heard Unlimited SaGa is really bad. I believe the SaGa games are a bit hit miss. I think it was different and fun. Challenging for sure. I drove myself into a corner, but I'm itching to start a new now. I think I would hear what Shaun recommends, he has probably played the ones mentioned :)

Now I'm really itching to play it again!

Dailon: How far into VII are you?

I have been playing a bit of VI now and getting to Phantom Train. So good!

I own DQVII and its my favorite one even over VIII but all the DQ games are good in their own way and I love the series but VII is way nice! Hope it gets an English version one day

That part is hilliarious lol. Do you have a FF you consider your favorite?

I think my sister and I probably will play VII on 3DS together.

I love my DQ iOS collection though and would love to have VII to complete it. I have 1 to VI and VIII so it's just VII between. And IX, I don't know if that one will be a mobile game?

It will be a while before we see IX if ever but yes DQVII is so good and I will buy it again in English even though haven't had much problems with playing it in Japanese but it's that good

My fav is FFVIII of the ones on mobile is IX

    The moment lol.

Oh, you're really waiting for VIII to arrive then! It is really good even though I don't understand half the card game yet lol.

IX is so polished on mobile. I'm playing it today. Playing mini game for achievement lol.

There is so much to do in IX and then there is the weirdest character in FF history Quinoa haha
the card game in VIII to me is better than IX but the one on IX is fun to play around with I'm just usually bad at it for some reason and it takes a while to get good at them on both and to really understand what you're playing and why and how it will impact
Triple triad is fun and I can at least play it through the Portal App!

I think I need to look up a guide to truly understand it. The tutorial isn't very clear at some points.

Me and my sis is both in Chocobo forest now playing the Beak game. It's addicting! I just want to play one more and one more..

    I know where you are
Yes it I spent at least an hour of game time on it possibly more
But in my starting over I haven't made it that far yet but pretty close and u had forgot about it so hope to be there with you soon enough
First time I played it on iOS I used a walkthrough and I made it a long ways but now I'm going back through it without it and I'm sure I've missed some thing along the way so much hidden stuff

It's always impossible to find everything on first playthrough I find. There's secrets everywhere!

Still collecting the last chocographs in this place.

Just wanted to let you know your FF Möbius review I read on pocket tactics is spot on! I tried to play it first on Japan App Store and now us App Store and lost some interest both times and had to delete it. The story puts me off but more than that it's so befuddled with currencies and all that to the point I can't enjoy it and that's why I like record keeper for my FTP FF game it's just so much easier to understand and play quickly.
I figured the worldwide release version would mean I would better understand some of it but no I was better playing the Japan version. It's not the worst game I've played but it's certainly not worth keeping when I have record keeper to go to

Unfortunately that was my experience too. Not sure three free to play in a year from SE is a great idea either. It felt like way too much and almost at the same time. Im the end I have ended up pouring myself into Unchained, I fgot a request, joined a nice party and even more opened up.

    Record Keeper looks great too!

Kingdom hearts unchained and record keeper are the best of the bunch for sure
Yeah I'm not why they put out brave exvius and möbius so close together that's a good point and probably didn't help since brave exvius to me is better
Also I think brave exvius and record keeper are a little similar at least in the collecting characters from all the games aspect.
Winter if you have never played record Keeper then it's a must it's a complete fan service game for FF fans you will love it
