could we know when the patch should be released? I m quite impatient about it (I m a bit tired of some crash I had on my ipod 4G)
Looks very good and makes it way more clear! Could it also be possible to somehow add the dice attack range of allies and monsters on card? For example under the Defense and Sanity scores there is some space without making the card too cluttered. Some conflicting information in cards I came across: Banishment says at the back of the card that you need to have 2+ scores in both Defense and Sanity. I was able to just drag it on the monster (Byakhee 4/1) and destroy it. Master of the Old Seal (can't quite remember the name, but the old professor who'll fix the seal a bit) says on the front of the card that it gives +1d6 but it doesn't say that on the back of the card.

I enjoyed that GoF1 very much, too. I have not explored 100% of the galaxy but I am working on it Though the trading is pointless on GoF1 dogfight is still a lot of fun.
Scores above 1 million aren't registering on OpenFeint ! ... On another note..it would be nice to have an archive/library that lets us browse through the cards and enjoy the artwork/inscriptions on them! eh..and I don't know if this has been brought up before...but I cant seem to scroll through the local high score table. Well..I wouldn't mind if it was at least numerically organised !
there will be new leaderboard in 1.1 update "Base Set", so everyone will have a chance to get highscores from "base card game", and current leaderboard will be used for "Base Set + Extended", which includes board game and final battle, with improvements of these 2 sections in the game later) Cards balance will be updated in 1.1
ok, I've prepared list of changes that already done in the game and ready for submitting 1.1 update. Now only testing... First who will write here will get test-build before submitting 1.1 (if he/she has wish sure) ; ) sorry, but you know, I can't share game with all anyway here is the list: 1. Menus: 1.1 updated tutorial 1.2 added "visit online" for tutorial to check last updates on web-page 1.3 fixed sfx volume saving/loading 1.4 added music on/off in options-dialog 2. Common game changes: 2.1 Expansions screen has 2 options: "Base Set" (only card-game), "Base Set + Extended" (full game, including board game and final battle) 2.2 Scores now scrolling, instead simple value changing 3. Gameplay changes: 3.1 Added sub-icons for hero-cards: ability, luck, hazard, melee, relic icons now will be displayed on hero-cards for visual tracking merged cards 3.2 Turns will be added if you've restored seal using hero (similar to "placed hero to get +3 turns") 3.3 Added effect for seal restoring event 3.4 Cards instead heros/monsters and potion has now small icon in right-top corner to identify card-class 3.5 Fixed cards-stucking 4. Additional: 4.1 no white splash screen after app launched 4.2 added leaderboard "Base Set" 4.3 fixed iphone3g issue

Does any of that fix the problems I was having in the university? You know the double screen and inability to switch between the screens at some points? I pointed that out a couple times on the thread but not clear from that list if it is included. Great amount of work for an update though! I feel like I am not getting the full game experience with that bug I keep encountering though. Maybe it is a 2g problem and I should try on a different device? OH JUST SAW YOUR POST ---- ME TOO! I can test!
ok, we have 3 persons for testing, thanks ; ) please PM me your email/UID ; ) there will be no any issues with screens switching as far we've changed common logic of these things: at "Base Set" you have only base card-game, after completing/loosing you'll be at scores-screen and another options working like you need to complete base card game, then you'll be switched to board game game, and final battle. We decided to make great improvements into 1.2 release to these 2 parts of the game, so they will be not so easy as before. I am playing the game now on ipod2g and have no issues now - at all, no any crashes (as well you have options to play or skip video assets, so if you're playing on ipod2g you can just skip videos if you saw them to be 100% sure you'll not have any over-memory issues)
Nice! Sounds good in the game play change - I didn't have a crash just sort of a freeze if you want to call it anything because both the rolling the dice screen and the map screen were superimposed on top of one another. Sending PM now with all info!

Thanks, I want to try before I buy to make sure I don't experience a lot of bugs and I will post impressions (tomorrow, it is almost midnight here in the ROK now) but I want to make sure to let you know that if you are looking for dedicated beta testers with this build and don't want to use your UDID slots on unreliable people then please send the build to someone else as I can't make long term commitments for testing. If you just want me to have a chance to try it out before purchasing it though, then by all means, send away!
