Instabuy either way. Off topic - not a bad thing but it reminds me of another similar looking but completely different game that had a sequel. I own both but can't remember the name, anyone? This made me want to play them again. The controls are tap to move... and long tap to aim and release to shoot. I'm curious about these games you mentioned. We did get some inspiration from Rymdkapsel and even Transistor to an extent.... would love to see what other games this resembles rezn Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Mar 8, 2014 862 6 18 Male Coder/Keyer in medical ICD 10 Reno, NV #7 rezn, Mar 4, 2016 Rymdkapsel And Transistor are two of my most favorite mobile games of all time. As well I had this game on my wishlist ever since I read the first article on it here. Just picked it up a few hours ago. Going to give it a go now. poopguy69 Active Member Nov 14, 2015 29 0 0 #8 poopguy69, Mar 4, 2016 This looks interesting. Might have to buy this. It doesn't look like much, but the gameplay could be very solid. Controls are perfect, I'm super pleased with the game. Your inspiration source is golden, they both are great games. I had to search but eventually found what I was thinking of, the games were called Cubemen 1 & 2. esty8nine Well-Known Member Dec 21, 2013 1,044 0 0 #11 esty8nine, Mar 4, 2016 Having a really good time so far! Any chance for a randomly generated lvl at some point, just something to keep playing ? Or like the longer you survive the floor changes around you like a endless mode? Just some ideas ! =] slarti88 Active Member Apr 30, 2015 34 5 8 Freelance software developer #12 slarti88, Mar 4, 2016 Yeah love TA and the forums! And you know what? I have played cubemen 1 and 2.. they were part of a humble mobile bundle I think. Looks like they might have had an influence on this game too, subconsciously atleast. Thanks! And yeah I agree, we really could have polished things up a bit more... that's one of the first things we'll be doing for the update. Yes! Random generation and endless mode is definitely on the cards, we actually culled quite a few things so we could launch on time. Hopefully based on the response we'll have a better idea of what to focus on next abhineetprasad Member May 1, 2015 24 1 3 #13 abhineetprasad, Mar 4, 2016 Hi esty8nine .. I am glad that you are enjoying the game! The 55 levels in the game are carefully handcrafted but we are working on a level editor to allow user generated levels. As far as the "floor changes" are concerned, I urge you to go on with the game..there are surprises in store!! rezn Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Mar 8, 2014 862 6 18 Male Coder/Keyer in medical ICD 10 Reno, NV #14 rezn, Mar 4, 2016 Very engaging and tough to put down. It's refreshing to see a game live up to our expectations. Not to sound too picky but it seems a lot of indie games lately have been a bit more average than expectations lead up. This game is definitely an exception and well worth the 3USD. As for the text in the beginning of some levels, I think either more clarity or even removing it all together would be cool too. Kind of like Kingdom on PC/Mac. Making the user have to fiddle around to get the gist of gameplay mechanics etc. abhineetprasad Member May 1, 2015 24 1 3 #15 abhineetprasad, Mar 4, 2016 Thank you for the kind words @rezn ! Nothing gives us more pleasure than to see our players have a good time . The text / clarity seems to be a common complaint and we will reconsider the font if not their existence altogether in the next update ! gearkin Active Member Aug 8, 2014 34 0 0 #16 gearkin, Mar 4, 2016 Would someone please post a gameplay video.
