According to famitsu, Falcom is making a mobile version The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky. I don't know much Japanese, but seems it will have both IOS and Android version. Legend of Heroes is one of the better JRPGs on the PSP. From the article (which you can Google translate), it seems that the mobile version could be a different game (they mention the term "social experience"). It also seems way off in the future, as they have just licensed the title. Hopefully we'll hear more about it (particularly if they are planning a US release -- the PSP version didn't really do very well here).
Aeria Games stated that they will release the game in English for the NA region. The ios version will make use of phone feature with social and online elements.
