Ok, people on the border: Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel The artwork isn't the only good element. As is the background chiptune.
This game is an instant classic and will probably be one of those games (Mario, Sonic, etc.) I'll remember the iPhone for. If anyone's on the fence and doesn't fork over those 3 dollars, I'm sorry, but they're idiots. Get.This.Now.
Don't know if that's a bad thing or a good thing. But sorry anyways, not too good at recording videos.
Cool, it's like a snazzy retro version of Hoggy. Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel So many good platformers this week.
So many good platformers now! I remember back when I had my 2nd gen, there were barely any decent ones. Now, iOS has become an platformer fan's fantasy!
Oh i want super feed me, its been so long since they announced it... i wish coming soon is like what Zeptolab did...
Hoggy looks fun. Hopefully, it's universal. I can't stop playing The Last Rocket. This game is a lot of fun. Everything from the awesome chiptune soundtrack, retro sound fx, great 8bit look, and fantastic level design and game mechanic...it's highly recommended. I've been playing it more than Anomaly and NyxQuest this week, which is crazy because I was looking forward to those (they're also fantastic), but The Last Rocket was a genuine surprise. Here's hoping for more levels and more bosses in a some type of pay update! Love this game.
woohoo!!! So glad I was able to get this one... it's an awesome game!! Really.... the controls are great... and every time I've died has been my fault, not the controls... which is exactly the opposite of what I thought would happen when I read that it was swipe+tap. But really... lovin this game!! =oD
This game is brilliant, its exactly how i like my games. Also reminds me a lot of NES games... perfect controls and music. Levels are cool. Glad i bought it!
It looks like there are badges or things on the main screen for finishing the game various ways - so no replaying individual levels, but making for slightly different gameplay each play through.
so much can be done with 1.2 megabytes.. just makes me, wonder why so many developers don't think about the weight of their apps and bloat them from here and to the sun. i love a good app that is also light on the storage space.
