I didn't mean they never update anything, just they aren't known for doing it. Look at Golvellius sometime and the reviews there. People have waited for 2 ... closing in on 3 years for crash issue fixes and whatnot. Heck read the reviews for a lot of the games and how most updates were to fix issues with iOS 5. Nicky Boom 2 has never been updated since it released in 2009 and there are bug reports in the revies. Read their own posts on the forums about submitting fixes and stuff for SNK Playmore games only to have the games sit in review limbo with SNK. I'm not sure what the deal was for The Last Express but a lot of their games are contract work which is cool and all but being under contract I don't think they can do a lot after release. I'm fine with that as long as the games work on my device... but delivering new features would be tough and as mentioned with the Last Express, the game really wouldn't work as well if you couldn't hear since it does a lot with sound effects, distant conversations, facial expressions and so on that you'd miss if you were having to constantly read everything as a lot of stuff can happen at once. My guess is they wanted to do subtitles and either the license holder said no or they realized that they weren't in the original game and it would cost too much to remake the whole game with them.
So, how does this play on the iPad 2? Sound working and all? *update, bought it and the sound works just fine on my iPad 2. Can't believe all the negative reviews this got, especially the one complaining that it's not designed like the new Walking Dead game... philistine.
