Whoa, that doesn't sound that much, but it is alot! I forgot to say that the L2 multiplayer is so cool, I play it with my brother ALL THE TIME
Another suggestion you could add on that BIG list of yours might be the options of deleting or hiding an object. This can be used like when a player rolls over a button and the wall disappears, or that there are hidden buttons within a level. This could create a new twist on some levels and can make levels more challenging and unpredictable. Just a thought Mad BTW +1 to grid!
I'd like to see the option to let a button changw colour by hitting another button. It also would be cool to let the 'real' cannon transform to the toy cannon, or the other way around. When I have several lasers and a warning lamp turns on when I hit one, I obviously want something more happen. Say I want a door closed when I hit a laser. I then have to say it has to close with laser 1, with laser 2, with laser 3, etc. It would be much more handy when I could say it has to close when the warning lamp turns on. Does that make sense? Anders, it would be really handy when you at Illusion Labs would set up an account at Get Satisfaction, so whe could suggest our ideas there
Yes I tried it a few times yesterday and tried it today and it is still not working. I'll just wait it out
I've asked Andreas to reboot the server, so he'll do it tomorrow morning I presume. Hopefully that'll help.
Don't you think it would be too confusing if things started to change all the time? Dunno what get satisfaction is, but i'll check it out
I think it would be rather confusing, don't you think? We would like to keep things as mechanical as possible too.
Ahh Andreas might have figured out what was wrong. The name of the pack is: "Big Time" Could you rename it to Big Time instead? As in remove the "". It should be possible to use those characters of course, but it smells like a bug to me. Give it a go!
Will Do, I actually just used a random name generator cause I couldn't think of anything and I got that Edit Still doesn't work, and I changed the title to have no punctuation
ipodzizma, i'm sorry i didn't write my review for your level pack. I just wanted to say that it was pretty fun and it looked pretty good. It wasn't hard and it wasn't too easy. It also looked pretty good. I did find a few shortcuts though and i'm not sure if you intended those to be there. I rated it 5/5.
I'm still baffled why you can't publish it. People publish packs all the time so it works for everyone else, and I can't see anything that's wrong with your pack either. We don't get any errors on the server when you try to publish it either so we have no info whatsoever about what's wrong. What's the name of your pack again?
Intermediate Intricacy (I love fancy names ). It is still not working today, weird I've posted 2 level packs before this so I doubt it is my name, and I have changed the pack name on several different times and it still does not work
Anders, it would be cool when you could make moving concaves and convexes, just like moving walls, so you can also polish your moving walls ;-)
Hi again, some new suggestions On the editor, you definitely need an option in the duplicator to say how many times it will duplicate the ball (for example, it will duplicate the ball once (so there are 2 balls) and then doesn't turn on, so won't duplicate the ball, even if it rolls over it, and then if one ball dies the duplicator turns on). Another thing that would be helpful (but not essential) is when you hold the alt key and press the wasd keys then the object would move 5/10 pixels instead of 1. I think the first idea is something that you have to look into, but the second idea is just an convenience thing . Mad
I really like this one. I think 5 pixels would be enough, if you needed to move it really far you'd just type the number in manually
WOOTS! Glad to announce that I have finished my level pack and it has been published!! It has 5 levels and is called 'Splinter' Screenshots are below. I would greatly appreciate if you checked them out and rated them, and give me feedback in this thread. (the last level is more complicated than it looks...) Thanks everyone!!! Mad ID in signature! (I have tweaked a few of these levels so some details may be different)
After the inability to publish and some great customer support from Illusion Labs I am pleased to announce that my third level pack "Intermediate Intricacy" has gone live! It is a 5 level medium pack. My ID is A6CECYJA. Pictures of the level are attached below (they have been tweaked a little since I made them so there might be some slight changes)
Nice levels! Downloading them now, I'll tell what I think when I've played them. Hey, check out my new level pack, it's called splinter, my ID is in my sig. Thanks and keep up the good work! Mad
