As far as I know, all you need to do is collect points after winning matches. In some cases when you lose the match you still collect points for random things such as perfect victories and undressing king or yuri. That's the way it happened to me. Maybe completing the achievements?? Would help??
I got Master 1000/1000 points. I still update and get points but nothing changes unless I lose points in which case it does go down from the 1K. What's your win %? I'm at 70 . I have most achievements Oh well, still somewhat enjoying the game.
I'm at 90% with 3k + w's and around 350 losses. I have all the achievements. One of the last trading card was a pain in the arse to buy. I spend like 2 millions just to get the trading card achievement which was the hardest to get.
Anybody having connection problems? I have full connection to wifi. Yet the game says that it can't connect?? GRRR
Good games. Man those HD/NeoMax combos piss me off. They're the one and only complaint I have about this game and you use them very well. Frustrating but I feel like I've improved so thanks for bearing with me. I hope the games are worth it on your end. I would have continued but I had to leave for a gig. But seriously hit me up ANY time you want some games! I can play more now and I'm excited about that!
I know they add a bit of individual flair to it but CC's in ANY fighting game are gonna be contentious. Sorry I missed you tonight, I was at a bar. I really wanted to play though. When are you usually free? I'm glad you get something out of our matches. I'd hate to think I'm boring you with my "skills" haha!
Usually free after 6pm pst. I effing hate losing to phone calls. I've had some crazy winning streaks that I lose thanks to a wrong number or a call. Grrrrr
Good games Luis! A couple of those were SO close, I was so mad at myself for dropping those! Your Ralf has gotten really good! You've been practicing! And you totally pounded me with Raiden. Gotta say I definitely didn't see that coming and went in underestimating the damage he could do. It was nice to be able to play an extended set without my battery dying too hehe!
Damn that's high I looked at other profiles and they are missing a lot of achievements and they have the King Rank. Oh well, no big deal. You have any tips for Leona's last HD combo? I can't figure out how to do two charge moves back to back.
I have a question too: How do you get around good Athena players? She's a really difficult character to crack open if the player really knows what they're doing. You can't really zone her because she can turn that back around on you, but if you try to avoid HER fireballs, her recovery time is so good, she can punish you before you fully recover from the jump or roll. I got f*cking beasted by some dick last night with just her.
Not sure about the ranking. Maybe it does have to do with winning percentage??!?!?!? As far as Leona goes: The way I do it is by using p, and k. Instead of S. When doing the specials!! I feel that since you are trying to do the input so quickly from back down to up back to forward. (Then quickly repeating the input). If you use S. Sometimes The ex version of moon slasher comes out and/or it just doesnt work. You should try that. It's a rather quick input but well timed it's rewarding to do that effing combo. I will try to video tape myself doing it. And I'll post it!

Oh man, dude... I feel your pain!! Athena, King and Mature can be such a pain in the ass!! I'll start by saying that you should try and put her in your rotation of players or at least practice her combos to sort of get her timing down. one of the ways that I fight her is by keeping pressure on her by punishing what ever mistake they make. i use Small hops to try and jump over psych balls.. it's hard but you can do it, then I roll in after landing and/or Jump high to mix up if you just can't come in close enough for big damage combos, dude... poke away. Ralf has a great standing kick and punch for distance, King can slide under her fireballs. I personally find her a shitty and cowardly character but that just my opinion! I also have a hard time with her command grab and, I cant help you much there but i can say that when you see them roll in to avoid your fireballs, they most likely are rolling in to throw you up for juggles. I usually just small hop up and land just after the animation is done and slap that bitch silly! practice bread and butters to punish every SINGLE time! oh and I try to save your meters for her. She can rack up meter like its her ####ing job! honestly after you fight her enough she becomes predictable, there are only so many things she can do and keeping your cool makes all the difference. some of the dudes that pick her know that they frustrate the shit out of people w her cowardly moves so easy does it. and lastly... unload you hd combos.. they work wonders for me!
Thanks Luis! I try to get in and use mixups which works to a certain degree but it's hard to do enough damage that way. And often, they'll put Athena in as their first character so you don't have any meter to work with. I agree that she's a cowardly character. It's like runaway Akuma in SF4 all over again. xD
Quick questions... How are the graphics of this compared to Volt? They are obviously better, but how much? Do the backgrounds move? I know this game isn't Retina or HD, but they do look decent. Thanks!
