It was a good vid because it showed what good players can do with daimon. Usually my encounters with daimon means I'm jumping and camping out because they just spam his Ground pound and grabs. Daimon St.K destroys hops

Good games, Luis. I don't know what it is, but my phone WILL NOT charge while I'm playing this game, and because I usually play at night, my battery is dead. Sorry to bail so soon, I wanted some rematches. Next time though. I enjoy playing you man.
Haha, indeed. I'll have to make it a point to charge my phone before I start playing next time. I've had the same thing happen when I've been playing Ten Onez a couple times.
Does anyone play this game online anymore? Everytime I want to go online I just sit there waiting 5-10mins just searching for a fighter or is there a problem with the multiplayer?
Nah, there just aren't as many people playing online as there are for a game like Volt unfortunately. It usually takes me a minute to connect to someone, but if it takes more than that, I just back out, and try to reconnect to the server which usually helps. Also, I guess it depends on where you live. The North America server seems to have a decent amount of folks. Not a ton but enough.
I find it faster to jump on training/single player but leave it open to challengers of ALL SKILL. Usually takes less than 5 minutes and I'm doing something rather than waiting for it to connect. Also don't set it to same skill, especially at higher ranks.
Daaaaaaang Luis that last match was CLOSE! It's nice playing on thr wifi atthe gf's place too hehe! I definitely think I'm gonna keep Robert and ditch Terry. Makes me sad to do it but it's gotta be done. Man you play pretty much everyone well! Is there any character you DON'T have a handle on? Also, are there any suggestions you'd have based on our games that you think would help me improve a bit?
Yeah dude the lag was none existent it was epic. Yeah that last match was hella fun. I recorded one of our matches. I'll watch and give you notes. Overall your king gives me the most trouble!! Robert is going to be a headache too. Man, I can't play Ryo leona or Kim that good, ash and billy I am also weak with!!
I have to say I REALLY love how fast paced this game is (fast, but not Marvel fast) and playing without lag definitely helps me appreciate that. I wish I had access to good connections on the regular. Cuz those matches were REALLY fun! And yeah any notes you can give me, I appreciate it! I felt good about Ralf in the matches today. King is a lot of fun and she's really useful both far away and up close, same with Robert. If I can at least make you sweat a little, I'll take that haha! So who's your main team? All of those characters you mentioned are pretty tough to play although I'm surprised to hear you put Kim in that list. I always thought he seemed pretty pick-up-and-play.
My team is daimon, Shen takuma. Either order works for me. Kensou is pretty strong as well. You know Kim is just not one of my favorites. I have a hard time timing his kicks. I guess charge characters just don't click well with me. And based on our matches, all I can say is practice your carachter's bread and butters. Solid 4-5 hit combos are so under rated in kof everyone wants to link up dms all the time. King should be your last player, practice your basic combos with Robert ( don't forget to cancel his fireball ----->haou shoukou ken some what often to keep enemies from jumping at you), his hien shippuu is quite punishable if blocked so use it carefully. and whenever possible save all the special gauge for King. Practice, practice practice. The basics. Those are the combos that get me the most W's!!

ggs mansbag510... went 5 games with you where I was only able to reach your 3rd char once haha. I'm not too used to the rolling yet. I can't keep a constant pressure like I do in volt because of it. One thing I noticed that's really different is the inability to jump at will. There's so much more startup frames in this game. There were lots of times where I tried to jump to escape a mixup, but I was held down to the ground and ate a free combo. Fighting the AI on very hard gave me false hopes. Strats that work well on them rarely works online ... I feel the same way about KOF as how you feel about Volt
Yeah, man volt is so extremely difficult the AI is so effing hard. AND just can't get the timing of the combos. Also need to get familiar with the tier list. The only character I like is akuma. pfff. So slow. Too. Sorry I'm hating Im just loyal to snk. If you had the billy and Ryo. They were really good by the way!
Yea that was me. I was surprised at landing the starter combo with Shen in the last match and wasn't clutch enough to activate HD to do a hefty combo. The AI for Volt is ridiculous, they know your inputs so moves that have huge startups will get punished by an Ultra most likely on the hardest difficulty. It's not a good gauge to the people you meet online. I only wish KoF had a recording mode in the training room. That way, I would be able to test exactly what I need by replicating some situations and finding ways to counter it decently. If you haven't tested that out in Volt, give it a shot and you'll end up loving it too. Sucks that the only way to get experience in this game is by playing online.
(volt) Try to do the all the challenges and try using online the character you feel more comfortable with. I started with cammy and guile, then i changed to viper which is my main now hehe, but now i can play just about any character.
