what you think about the idea of outside Purchases for games ? you buy half of the game and dev will sell us the rest in 1 $ parts... just the idea make me mad
Ugh there has been so much discussion on this. I'd suggest searching some of the older threads. Also the dev is not forcing you to buy their games.
What me think? Hodapp think game developer make game. Me like play game. Game make fun time iPhone. Dollar to make game better sound good.
yeah it dosnt sound good but companys cant release this sorta stuff if people dont buy it. Therefore they will have to thing about what comes with the game and what is sold "outside the itunes". i.e if no one buys there game they cant afford to release more games.
I have a feeling that this feature will make me not want to play a lot of games I would have otherwise enjoyed. The appstore is already full of crappy games made in a desperate grab for money. This will only make it far worse. I trust the appstore to not completely scam me (provided I read some reviews before I purchase) I have a very strong feeling that I can not depend on random developers to do the same. I can't wait to download $.99 games that want to charge me for ammo, health potions or continues all the time, When I would have gladly paid 5.99 up front to enjoy a game wherein my playtime is not limited by my wallet.
I can't wait for a 99 cent game that wants me to pay another 99 cents just to load them game then another 99 cents when I want to turn off the sound.
This topic has been beaten like a dead horse, turned in to glue, used to make a construction paper rainbow, which was then thrown away, recycled, and turned in to toilet paper.
I also heard that every tap on the screen is a 30 cent surcharge. And calls made to Apple's complaint line (1-800-55U-5UK5) add an additional $2.50.
When will the insanity end?!?! Steve Jobs will not be happy until he has every dime of mine in his money bin.
No Jobs blasting. It's all Tim Cook's boat right now. Steve may be back for WWDC though, which makes me think. Maybe we will get the best "One More Thing" ever.
One more thing... We have cloned Steve Jobs' brain and implanted it in to this robot. Ladies and gentlemen, don't be alarmed...
Well with RoboSteve on the prowl, RealSteve can focus on developing even more amazing Apple products.
