I just got one myself. (32GB 3G) I have to admit, I love the big screen; my iPhone feels tiny after I've been using the iPad. Plus, the extra features on the iPad coupled with the bigger screen and better layouts of iPad-tailored apps really makes a huge difference. It's much easier checking and responding to E-Mails, surfing, taking notes, even playing many games -- although I find I'm less inclined to play tilt-based games on the iPad because it gets a little heavy after a while. RealRacing, 2XL Rally and such look awesome, but holding the iPad and tilting gets tiresome after a game or two, and touch controls aren't quite as good for those sort of games. Touch games like Osmos and Cut the Rope though are perfect. Very happy with it overall. It does come across as a giant iPod Touch, but once you get to using it with some iPad-tailored apps you do realize it's a lot more than that.
