    Lets start with these:

    AOTP
    Blue Scholars
    Common Market
    Dilated Peoples
    Immortal Technique
    The Left
    Murs
    Royce Da 5'9
    Talib Kweli
    Wu Tang

    I agree, Eminem blows.

I recommend copping Nicki Minaj's debut album Pink Friday. The girl has serious talent, and the album is full of bangers (including a sick collab with Eminem). You can tell a lot of work went into this one from the Weezy camp. Production and guest appearances by Kanye, Weezy, Rihanna, Natasha Bedingfield, Em, Will.I.Am, Drake.

You are crazy. Nicki Manaj is trash. She can't rhyme and her voice sounds even worse.

And Eminem is the greatest report alive. There are talented underground artists like immortal and tech n9ne but no matter how many underground artists I listen to the more I realize they aren't nearly as good as Em. I suggest that everyone who thinks Eminem suck should take a listen to the MMLP.

Also why were a ton of posts deleted?

You are f*cking kidding me! You need to listen to actual rap. Immortal technique, kanye, jay-z, eminem are a few actual rap artists to name a few. Wayne will get no love from this thread, I'm warning you now.

Idk about Pink Friday, but she absolutely stole "monster" from Kanye and jay-z on MBDTW. There are other examples too. She can most definitely rap, my friend.

Wayne blows. So does Nicki Minaj besides her verse from Monster which I liked. Other than that she sounds like just another annoying Young Money cronie.

Wayne may not be a great lyricist, but personality and production made Tha Carter III a classic IMO.

I'm still not his biggest fan. Maybe pgboy knows.

Even if you like Wayne there's no way you can call him a great lyricist. C'mon now he's the perfect example of why hip hop is dying: it's becoming a method of discussing pointless topics with little creativity or originality. That describes him perfectly.

Lil Wayne is a great rapper and is completely original. I don't know what you are listening to. He is probably the reason Hip Hop is so big today. He is responsible for other great rappers such as Drake and Nicki Minaj.
