Not sure if this is true but apparently the first Star Wars movie was not so much the work of the creative brush but more a careful assembling of key elements designed to appeal at a deeper spiritual level.

Reading Campbell’s book got me thinking that as games take over from movies maybe there is a similar pattern or formulae waiting to be discovered?

Computers are a great meeting point for Math and Art.

So if there is really some great unified theory binding everything together can we tap into it?

If so, what elements would make up the perfect game?

perfect game combinds art, phisics, and game. and the most important point is that it would best the game comes from really life, and many people like to play it.

For me, the most important element of a game is gaining confidence and having fun. I should find myself keep achieving from it and the achievement is out of fun.

The pattern has already been discovered by Kal Bashir at http://www.clickok.co.uk/index4.html ; checkout his deconstructions of academy award winners - they all follow the same pattern.
