Thanks for the questions: There will be 1 big bad ass boss in the campaign, but there's over 20 different threats/enemies spread across the levels. We would love to add more boss fights in the later updates though. The game is not ready yet, so it's not submitted. It will come out this year. We're working hard to get it done. We keep this thread posted about the status and will add new screenshots/videos from time to time. Price point will probably be 2.99

This looks awesome! Can't wait for this to come out. For some reason it reminds me of Rampage, mainly due to the visual design and details like people you can high-five in the windows. A game with Rampage-like replayability and fun factor would be an iDevice megahit, make it happen traplightgames!
Update Just to get you guys up to date, we released some new gameplay material... [EDIT] Changed to a slightly better video showing also the electric zapper The game will be out in January. We would have loved to release to Christmas market, but we just could not make it. We want to create the best action game we can. Hopefully it pays off and you'll like it. @ Traplightgames Well a finished product you're proud of is always better than a rushed one. On the game, that level is definition of frenzy. Is that level further on or was it like a harder difficulty mode or neither?
Yeah, that's pretty hectic. But it can get even crazier That was a short run, but if you play it well you can get pretty far even at that level. This is the hardest metropol survival. You have 4 different survival modes, which feature slightly different difficulty curve, enemy sets and city size/style.

This looks VERY cool in a fun over-the-top way (I mean how flying by high-fiving folk in the building sounds like an important part of play in a gero game is just so weird it's cool)!

Hi, Just to update: The game will be released by Chillingo under the name "The Hero". We game will be submitted in a few weeks. So I think it will be in the store early February! We have been working hard on polishing the game and I think it's going to be pretty good We have now over 20 different enemies... including big ones like this bad boy here: We also have 20 crazy awards to collect, which you can get by stacking tanks, mass murdering zombies, electrocuting babies etc...
