Why has this not been reviewed yet? It's fantastic and right up TA's alley. It's cheap, quality, endless, and oozes style.
Cohen's cap I got the Cohen's cap but the last 3 stats appeared to be grayed out. How do i activate them? I upgraded the cap to max but that didn't work, still grayed out. Update: Figured it out, unlocks are based on the number of Cohen gear.
Maybe I am missing something but this far it sucks harsh. I attack mobs, no heal without points which I cannot earn without killing mobs. Even with heal pots I cannot live long enough when attacking mobs to continue without death. No way that I have found to get back to town. As an instance, currently at 15 hp, no way to heal, no way to get back to town, now what???? Attack a mob to die and start over? I love rogue likes, this makes no sense at all. I cannot attack rats and thieves with a way to recover after a fight. What am I missing?
Sounds like you're missing the escape scrolls. You should find one in a pot within the first three levels. Are you searching everything?
So, tried again, floor 4 while avoiding any fight I can and at 17 hp with a mob in every direction. I have to be missing a way to level or to heal.
Yeah, you kind of have to take baby steps at first. Search everything until you find the escape scroll and then play as aggressively as you want then return to town when you can go no further. Then repeat. When you return to town you keep all gold, XP and golden items you find. All other items will be lost, but most of it will be crap anyway or so similar to what you have you wont need it.
Yeah. There should always be one in the first 3 or so levels. Once you've passed level 10, 20, 30 and so on, you will be able to start from those levels and you will still be able to find a scroll in the first three levels of the run. Also, you can only have one at a time. If you buy crystals you will get a bunch of bonus stuff including a few golden escape scrolls. When you have these you will not find any in the dungeon.
The non passive skills I have become available during combat. I don't have the heal skill so I can't say for sure how it works but see if you get an option to heal when you are in combat. I would come up under you character and you can tap it.
After lurking from the beginning I decided to finally get this!y excuses of having to large of a back log of games while still true gave way to the reality that for .99 and likely not needing to buy IAP that this developer has continued to update this game since launch... For this continued support alone they deserve my purchase. Getting tired of big game companies who don't provide support for their games or leave us in the dust when new iOS updates are installed. Square, capcom and others...
How does cloud save work? I started in my iPad and want to play on my iPhone but when I start a new game on the iPhone and select options to DL cloud save it doesn't download my ipad save. Does this game allow for iCloud saves so one can start in what device and continue in another? I have to admit that in totally hooked on this game and don't know why I didn't get it done. This is the best .99 I've ever spent!
Did you manage to beat this boss? I'm trying to farm Fire attack enchantments, and hopefully soon can combine with skill that increases damage based on enemy weakness
i lost to this boss on my first attempt too, and i started from stage 1, therefore i lost a lot of gold, rune enchantments as well as a fair bit of good gold items. my strategy is to enchant all my gear with health regeneration and coupled with mana siphoning, i save up my potions for boss fights. i also did fire enchantments separately on a separate set of weapon, ring and necklace, and i swapped to the fire enchanted set to take on the boss. on top of everything, i guess you need decent armour, because on my first attempt where i lost, i was gradually losing health despite using health potions and siphoning strike.
