I couldn't find a thread on the Lounge dedicated to this, and I thought it'd be nice to have this here. Is anyone here following a certain fitness regiment / routine or is thinking about starting one? What type of diet do you follow, and which are your supplements of choice? I've been into a 12-week Training Program to shed my body fat and put on lean muscle. It aims to simultaneously tackle on both instead of putting you through alternate bulking/cutting phases. So far, i'm already a few pounds down and seeing strength gains. The fact that I look forward to hitting the Gym hard daily tells me i'm on the right track! As far as Supplementation is concerned, i'm taking the following: 1. Multi-Vitamin + Fish Oil Caps 2. Protein - 3x daily 3. Pre-Workout Supplement 4.
