Haha, awesome. I don't know how people can get like that about teaser trailers; if there's nothing there, there's nothing to be excited about.
nothing there?? there were the words Elder Scrolls V, 2011, coming. Thats enough to make a lot of people go nuts.
Don't play Elder Scrolls. Elder Scrolls is like crack, and crack is whack. Trust me, you start playing it and you won't be able to stop, ever. It will take over and ruin your life.
Fantastic. I could have told you that as soon as IV came out. There was never any doubts about a sequel appearing a few years down the line. Hearing it confirmed just makes me think "Yup, saw that coming. Now try actually showing me something of the game I already knew about". Unless you find the whole medieval theme dull and depressing in which case... still don't play it? Play Fallout instead.
No it isn't. That should be obvious. You don't need powers to predict that, and you didn't need powers to know there would be another Elder Scrolls game. It's more or less been common knowledge to everyone since forever.
So there are more people with your seer powers. Man I wish I got some. It would have been cool to tell my friends that elder scrolls V was going to be called Skyrim, set in Skyrim, involve dragons and be released on the 11th of november 2011. But at least you knew all that
Initial release dates almost always get delayed, and the significance of the made up location's name means nothing to me. Basically, all I see is "there's gunna be dragons!!!" Not gonna fuss about that, but you can kind of guess a fantasy medieval RPG is gonna have a couple of 'em.
Ok let's break your points up. 1) I agree with this except for the fact that it's 11/11/11. That's an awesome date to release on. Also the fact that the game is years in development not just a few months. So yes it may be delayed, I think they are on schedule. 2) Why are you here then?? The location of tesV was unknown before now. This is a big deal for the fans. Hence the teaser and the ensuing excitement. 3) dragons have not featured in previous elder scrolls so that is irrelevant.
I'm pretty sure there was a dragon in the ending of Oblivion, and they could've named the location of the game whatever they wanted. The reactions would've been the same, given the fact that we have no knowledge of the setting from previous games. I'm here because I loved Oblivion.
