downloaded enjoyed it so far the graphics is so good that I cannot imagine that it's running on my little device
Good game ill keep it in my phone for a while. Nice game to play if youre waiting in line or something. The iap wall doesnt bother me too much
It would help if the game didn't say Mobage. That's an instant ignore for me. Most mobage games are screensavers truth-be-told. The Plus+ network is dead. Stick a fork in it.
I'm normally very fussy with controls but i must admit these werent too bad with the two finger 'shot'. However i was really happy when after the tutorial it gave me a choice of control schemes (didnt realise there was going to be the 'traditional' one). Played the tutorial, not bad, went to get to some island or something and all of a sudden some wacky game system was appearing asking me to sign in etc, nah. (Presume that was the 'Plus+' one ?) Played a bit longer, very samey, go to one place, zombies (all the same) attack you etc. But what killed me off was the freemium aspect of it. Granted i wasnt 'forced' to buy anything but i'm nervous i'll put a lot of time into it and then there'll be a potential paywall (perhaps). Nice looking game, thought it was a bit samey though, with such a high filesize its difficult to keep this on with the space etc. Hats off to them for trying another system for controls/shooting etc, wasnt as bad as i thought.
This game shares the same philosophy with dead trigger: tiny areas, with minimum story and movement and ultra simplistic "goals" . I respect the devs for their effort to provide some good graphics but games like this are nowhere near what is expected from a normal fps game. Honestly gameloft's efforts are on a different level compared to games like the drowning . I believe that the developers should take their time and since they have some aspects like art, atmosphere, graphics already down, provide a true single player experience with a proper story , levels and progression .
Crashes after intro on iPod 4 gen. It said it was compatible with ipod 4, but apparently it crashes after the intro, so I can't even play it.
So I play in 2 minute bursts in each mission? In a post apocalyptic world I apparently have LOTS of ammo. It doesn't really click with me. I can't look around and shoot while I'm holding fire button. There's no real goal I see imo, with the Fuel to complete missions IAP might present itself heavily. I just find stuff and aim for high scores. :/ I think I'll just save space for A8 now.
The Mobage games I have played were all Freemium, pay to rank/pay to win games. I'm done wasting time with any Mobage title.
Game is trash dey shud have kept it in new store who cares bout pretty graphics if game sucks an is loaded with iap an it's like an areana shotter i expect wayyyyy more now from devlopers
Pretty, but based on the first few missions, put me down for "Christ, this is deathly dull". The controls work reasonably well but with tiny levels, absolutely no nuance or depth to the combat, dumb AI and nothing beyond pew, pew, pew, who cares? All I was doing was: stand in place, shoot enemies as they walk towards me, when something hits me from behind, run forward, turn 180, rinse, repeat. Defence missions weren't that different. On top of that I note with dismay it's largely a piece of cake to get enough XP for four-star ratings, but then the bar starts filling... suspiciously... slooowly, and oh, look, a message saying "You didn't get the best possible rating! Perhaps you'd like to spend some premium currency?" The timer for how much I can play ran out suspiciously fast, and right now I'm struggling to think of why I should wait for it to refill, period. God knows I hated Dead Trigger in the end, but at least that had solid controls, a fantastic combat model even with brain dead enemies, the levels encouraged you to run around even when there wasn't much to see and it never restricted how much you could play. Even the story, dumb and lazy though it was, at least came across as entertainingly stupid. Other than some nice concept art this is merely a waste of a potentially interesting setting. It's a technically accomplished game, but I'm just not seeing anything to make this worth playing long-term, let alone recommending. When I can get Injustice, Real Racing 3 or Solstice Arena for free, all fully-fledged games offering me hours upon hours of varied content without paying a cent and, crucially, instant gratification - instant proof of "Here's why our game is badass" - why should I bother with this? Weird enemy designs, a couple of pretty pictures and some vaguely novel controls count for little or nothing IMO when my first half-hour or so with a game is this mediocre and the game itself seems none too keen on letting me see any more. Nope, I know I'm just some guy on the internet, but for what little it's worth - not impressed.
Your grammar is so atrocious that I'm surprised you could even access this website. Anyway... Truth be told I honestly like this game. The storyline is much better then Dead Triggers, the areas don't look exactly alike (unlike dead trigger) and it's great for short bursts of action in your day. Now if I wanted to sit down with a real FPS then I'd probably start playing MC4 or Dues Ex. Besides the IAP, which can be solved simply with patience, the game is beautiful fun and has an intriguing story line. Oil changing humanity for the worst, a great way to show how you feel about oil. PS Just saying, this game is good only by means of quick gameplay sometimes. This is not a sit downfor an hour or two game! PSS First screenshot is a free wallpaper. Just view it in the touch arcade app then take a screen shot
It goes to show you that with iOS now, pretty graphics just don't cut it anymore. You have to have something more than a simple shooter. Games need an intriguing storyline, interesting features, etc....
Glass houses and all that. I've only had time to have a quick play. Quite enjoyed it so far. Not sure how much longevity it'll have though without it turning into a bit of a grind fest.
