Wow... When I first started watching the vid, I was impressed by the visuals, of course, but then I wondered, "just how much of that city are they going to let him explore?" After watching you bat around for a while, damn, I'm impressed. Not convinced everything works with the polish of a console Batman game, but it sure looks pretty damned close. This is a game worth making room for.
Batman Arkham Asylum is an amazing game. Batman Arkham City Lockdown is a poor Infinity Blade Clone and nothing like Arkham Asylum or Arkham City.
Thanks for posting the videos Sanuku, the game looks really impressive! This is clearly so much more than a "re-skin" of the Spidey game.
Although it's getting harder to tell on TA these days, I'll assume you're not taking a shot at me, take your question as genuine, and answer it honestly... Real money IAPs as in IAPs that can only be attained through using real world money... $0.99 in actual out-of-my-wallet money vs. Platinum-coated Silver-lined Crystal-encrusted Smurfberries, etc. I simply cannot see what else (if anything) costs real world money, and it would be great to know what the game actually costs overall (the way GL arguably intended people to end up playing it), vs. the initial cost of the download... Anyone? DBC

It's only out in New Zealand so far. Just add 24 hours to the regular Wednesday night/Thursday release schedule for your area.
Anyone else having these graphic problems on ipod touch 4g? The game runs really smooth, though. Limo in this pic too All cars and smoke effects show like this.

Let`s just put it that Way: The Movie and the Game are following probably the same Storyline...still I will go and watch the Movie 100% even when I will be finished with the Game tonight.
it looks to me like: Gameloft have continued to evolve their engine; this is a continuation of the Backstab evolution; Spider-Man used it but was rushed Batman used it but they took time on it. Just my impression. 4th gen iPod = 1st gen iPad? :-D

Backstab was utter crap... i'm sorry, but everything about the game was rushed; from the animations, to the visuals to the idiotic AI. Here's hoping this game's nothing LIKE it :/
Once it's downloaded I'll make a video of it. Looking at the gameplay videos batman doesen't really sound like batman. (Note: I've only played Batman Arkham Asylum so far.)
