No problem. Lol actually no, surprisingly. It's happened twice so far in the 5 or so hours I've put into the game, once in the vid and once where a car drove out on top of the water surrounding Gotham it was hilarious.
Don't worry about me and my money or what I do with my games. Thanks. I was posting that to help people if they were on the fence about buying. And if the game was $20 and I bought it I would I have deleted it just as fast.
Currently uploading helicopter gameplay (if you continue fighting with the thugs for long enough a you'll get a helicopter in your tail) for those who are still on the fence about the game.
Thanks dude. I've been a member of this forum for a long time and I'm very active here. Trust me I was all over these forums and up to release in the states every post out of NZ was positive. So I jumped in. It's 7 dollars. What I would spend on breakfast. Not a big deal. I thank you for backing me up. I wish people would not worry about what I buy and what I delete. Smfh
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTI0aV2y-z8&feature=youtube_gdata Helicopter gameplay. If someone wouldn't mind embedding or telling how to it would be much appreciated... Ah there we go thanks Echo! Edit ok now it's working thanks again echo and Sanaku
Modern Combat 2 was pretty consistent. On the 4th Gen devices, I recall it nailing the 60FPS mark with little to not fluctuation. GTA 3 came out almost eleven years ago. This game came out... Today.
Never played it, but I know MP-focused FPS gamers consider frame rate very important, and MC2 was a game focused on MP IIRC?
I've finished the intro missions and reached the "open city" part of the game. I'm not keen on the controls so far, especially the way that panning my camera seems to randomly set off various gadgets. I also don't like the limited set of options at my disposal at any given time. Why can't I swoop down onto that goon's head like I could in the last mission? Why can't I grapple on to that ledge? Or that one? Or THAT one? Oh, and I just teleported to the other end of the map. Seriously. WTF?
Yeah it can be a bit confusing at first. The thing is, you move your sight around and get aim to use various gadgets. For example, if you want to use a batarang, you need to turn your sight toward the target. If you want to grapple to a ledge or drag an enemy, you need to have them in sight, not to mention the range of your gadgets so you can't reach certain spots. Say you want to drop onto an enemy, well you need to be above him but not too high or else you won't be able to. You'll see the attack icon change when this happens.
Anyone gotten into tweaking the graphic settings? I've been on it for the past hour but none of the changes seem to be taking effect
Yeah i got it to work in full Retina on the iPad and a turned off a couple other things to bring up the frames for the extra resolution. Not sure about older devices since i only have a 4s and a iPad3 . 4s looks and runs great but the iPad needed a little help.
I wouldn't play this game until you see the movie, because after playing the first few levels I realized the beginning of the plot. I just saw the movie, and it was FANTASTIC! It was one of the best movies I have seen, with a combination of action and a thrilling plot. However, I haven't played the game that much, and I was wondering if a more experienced player could tell me if it is possible to acquire the batpod in this game.
