It was originally released in 2016 on PS VITA, but this time the JRPG was remastered as Overdose on PS4 & Steam. Overdose has new characters added and its graphics improved compared to the previous game. Its catchphrase is 'Destroy Ideal and Return to Reality'. The origin of the title was motivated by the Caligula effect, which means that the more something is prohibited, the more you want it. The scenario was written by Tadashi Satomi from ATLUS who participated in the Persona Series and Artworks by Oguchi. In addition, the original BGM in the game included the famous vocaloid composer 40mP and the OSTER project. As mentioned in the sound section and graphics, the player can be immersed in the game, thanks to the high quality voice support of the voice actors and beautiful anime illustrations. Although there were some deficiencies in 3D graphics and battle play, the other attractive parts are even more prominent. It's definitely an impressive game worth trying.
