I'd hope that the iDevice doesn't get voted the best way to read, however this is touch arcade. Did you like The Road K?

I'm currently reading the walking dead. It's a graphic novel I know but you can judge if it's a book or not. I count it as one. I'm about half way through the 1088 pages.

And seriously anyone who doesn't vote books..... What's wrong with you.

definitely prefer reading actual books over e-books. Last thing I read was Naked Lunch, and am currently reading Fragment by Warren Fahy

I'm a Clive Cussler paperback fan and just finishing up Lost City.

Read just about every Stephen King book as well.

I've tried to read e-books but it just doesn't feel the same as reading a paperback and it's hard for me to get used too. I dunno, maybe I just like the feel of a book and the actual turning of pages in my hand to make me want to read and it looks nice to see it in my library collection once read to reflect on it. I still do play with the idea of continuing to try e-books though but at this time it just doesn't work for me all too well.

I did. A serious, post apocalyptic book that actually breaks from the mold and doesn't have zombies.

Same - I have only 3 or 4 Stephen King books left to read before I am through his official catalog.

I have tried e-books as well, and the idea is sound - but it just doesn't click for me when reading.

I'm reading that now, it's pretty depressing, but it's a good story. I'm also almost done with Jane Eyre for school. I didnt really like it much.

The book isnt called slumdog though. The book is Q & A. I read it about 3/4 years before the movie. It's very good.

Yeah it's a good book. When the movie came out everyone was singing praises of it and all the time I was thinking, but the book was better.

Imo, books are normally way better than any movie made from them.

Yeah..I always sigh when they make a book into a movie. They always remove a massive amount of content and can never manage to emulate the feelings and emotions the way book can. I always feel 2 hours is way to short of a time tell the story. That said, I would guess it doesn't really matter to the people who have not read the book.
