Well the game is now $0.99 so i guess if you bought the game now you would not be losing any $

Yeah, I actually went ahead and bought the Gamebot mode. It's the same as the regular mode as far as I can tell but I like the skin, it looks great.

    Hey Halfbot

You guys borked the controls again. Jumping and shooting is not registering half the time.

    getting paid....
    Sunny South FL!!
    thanks for the update...issues:

    -controls still arent super tight.**
-player motion is not fluid enough.**
-pressing the jump button and holding it dont change anything. you should get more height for a hold. **
-rate of firing the gun is inconsistent.
-once a block is above you, it "traps you"....so to say.
-being off a ledge by a pixel results in death.
-some blocks can be stood on from the side.(as shown in photo)

    **these are my opinions.
other stuff should be fixed if possible.

Funny, after wanting the landcape mode myself, it feels awkward now that I finally have the chance to play it that way. Everything is so much smaller that it just throws my game off.

Guess I'll be back to the standard vertical view. I also do agree that the controls seem to be off more than they were.

I want to love that game. And I really love the graphics and sounds.
Landscape mode is WAY BETTER too. BUT: Now this game is WAY TOO easy, three lives in every difficulty? Seriously? I stopped all three modes because I got bored, never lost a life... not even in Arcade. It's just way too slow and not challenging at all. And I remember this game being extremely difficult... something in the middle would be great or at least only one life in Arcade mode. Also unlocking stuff seems to be buggy. I played up to 750m in Classic mode but I didn't unlock the 350m character.

So far, really wanted to buy every IAP stuff. But this game just isn't fun right now. Not even slightly. Hope, the devs will continue working on it, since I still want to love this game. Could be one of the best endless games in the store, but right now it's plain boring.

I can't get the store to work. I want to buy the GameBot mode, but every time I go to the store a message pops up that says "store is currently unavailable, try again later." Been trying since yesterday. Anyone else have this problem?

We love the update guys. But we are also having issues getting the gamebot mode which looks old school sweet.

Has anyone been able to purchase it?

Yeah, my purchase went fine. I love the gamebot mode - even a little bit more than the normal mode. I think the left/right controls are a little more accurate.

Note to the developers - I've been killed at least five times while standing on top of a block while it lands. Not sure if this is a common problem within the community.

Also, landscape mode takes too long for the screen to rise - I spend a lot of my time hopping around the top 1/4 of the screen, which is pretty dangerous.

Other than that though - I really enjoy the update. Great job guys!

Finally was able to purchase the GameBot mode through the IAP (after trying for 24 hours), but now it's upside-down on my iPad 1 (w/Apple case) - Ugh! Needs flip screen and universal support!

Ok, still got it on my device and just purchased the Gamebot mode. And: THIS IS IT! Fantastic mode. Could be easily a game for itself being on a level with Canabalt. Style, music, controls and DIFFICULTY LEVEL are quite perfect. Then I played Arcade mode again and I really can't understand why the difficulty is that low. This game is meant to be played for a couple of minutes. The normal modes start to get interesting the the region of 800-1000m and above. Before it's just extremely lame and time wasting. Especially since you now have got 3 lives. That's why I really love the Gamebot more (glad I kept the game), quick and challenging. Could you perhaps give me an "Extreme" difficulty (kind of the game before the update, only plus the landscape mode)? :)

Loved League of Evil but wasnt a fan of this type of game. That was until i saw that 'gameboy' version and then i had to get it ! Love the 1990's Gameboy look, works very well

What are Halfbot blocks?? To unlock one of the characters, you need to destroy 20 of them in Classic mode... and I have no idea which blocks are the Halfbot blocks... =o/

    ha... nevermind got it... =o/

    sorry

Why's everyone (almost) so negative? The only thing I don't like about the update is that it changed the music in-game a tiny bit (which I can get used to). To the person who said all "difficulty levels" have 3 lives, have you tried Classic mode yet?

Also, the controls are working fine for me (basically the same as before the update), don't know why you guys are having problems. The only thing negative that I can't argue with is troubles with the IAP, as I havent done that yet.

    Great job Halfbot!

P.S. Those that are complaining about the controls should somehow go back and play v1.0 ;) You'll be much more appreciative of the current controls, even if they're somehow not working as well for you as they are for me.

Ah, I'm so sorry. Was playing Casual mode for the second time instead of Classic. Just tried it. NOW I'm happy! :D ....with Classic mode (that's now working way better in landscape) and Gamebot mode this game is a winner! Off to leave a 5-star review.
