It’s nice with the new floating sticks, but shouldn’t they lock to the position, when you touch, and not follow your finger around? Something about it seems off.

Well I've ordered Gamesir G8 Galileo.

Then, for this, should I go all in?(my wallet pains;))

Edit: I finally bought Repentance bundle.
It's amazing to come with controller!!

Congrats! I am really curious about the Gamesir G8 Galileo,
would be good to know how you felt after you play the game with it.
I still use my backbone controller to play a lot of games,
especially those games from PC originally.

    @Lull4by Thank you!

I'm enjoying Isaac a quite better than before.
I think G8 Galileo's appeal points are price and controller shape.
It is ergonomic design so yeah basically it's same shape like Xbox controller.

A meh part of this products is low quality software support.
Other than that, I want to say it's perfect fit for me.

Oh there is one thing that the ios version can't do, the modding, there are so many useful mods in the steam workshop, like telling you what item next to you is and how it works, save you so much time! I really hope there is a way that ios version can do that.

I caved and bought this last night, looking forward to firing it up.

Figured I’d finally take the dive and play the base version a while before I decide on getting the rest of it.

No, since the later DLCs even add some mods' function to the game, and it doesn't mean auto-win or breaking the game, I would say it is acceptable. ;)

Actually there are many roguelike games that would show you what item's name and how they work, and there are about 7 hundreds items in the game including all dlcs, it is really hard for a normal player to know all of them.

Just beat Delirium for the first time on my new installation of Isaac on the new hardware. Wohoo! It was a pretty weak build actually. Azezel with Tiny Planet and a whole lotta basic powerups only. No real game breaking items sadly. Not a super epic god-crushing build in any way. Didnt think I was gonna be able to do it but here we are and it feels goood maaan. :D

Does anyone know if there is some way to move a save file from a iDevice to another w/o using icloud? Everytime I buy a new device i have to play Isaac from scratch. This game really doesnt lend itself good to that as ya all knows… How many hours have you sunk in to it for unlocking all the stuff? 500? 1500? Many many hours goes into this game for unlocking everything and progress in the story.

i guess there is no other way than using icloud? Was thinking if there is some sneaky way like extracting some file from the ipad via my mac, and then copy it to the new ipad via the mac. Something like that.

Boom shakalak. Barely got a win against Delirium with Judas. Scraped the bottom of the barrel + a good bit of luck. Not a very good build.

    feels gooood maan

Nope. Using a Nimbus+ but Im thinking of trying out the Playstation Dualsense for a change. The Nimbus has a tendancy of dropping the connection after about a hour of gaming and that gets pretty annoying. Also the build quality of it is not the greatest. Feels pretty cheap in the hand to be honest.

Isaac is playable with touch but I would not recommend it for purposes other then trying it out perhaps.

I’ve always used touch controls for any iOS game and I think it’s fine on binding of Issac. Floating joysticks work well. All good

Im sure it works ok. But I dont really think you get a perticulary good experiance with touch in this sort of chaotic and fairly precision game?

    have you tried a controller?

Nah I game on the go a lot whether I’m on a train or hotel and don’t really want to take or get a controller out

back in the 80s I never used a joystick. Always prefer keyboard

don’t get mr wrong I’m sure joystick is so good but I love the fact it’s mobile gaming and I can just take my phone with me and game whenever I want

I know its stupid, but is there some way you could transfer your save/progress from one device to another w/o using icloud? Any Isaac specialists out there..?

its pretty annoying to have to start all over again as soon as I have a new device. This freaking game is like 500 hours+ if you want to unlock everything.

    First Mother kill!

A rediculous run with Eden. Was offered Dark Bum in the first devil deal, and after that it was smooth sailing. I love me some Dark Bum! He is the bestest bum.

Also first time playing with Eden on a fresh install. Only 5h in. Lol! Maybe Im getting better at this - or the norse gods are with me. :)

Murdered Mom again. :D This time with Bethany of all characters.

It was a shitty run but it got insane in the later levels where I managed to pick up some real good items and just rolled over her.

Other Isaac players in here?
