I’ve never played this game so I don’t get the hype but I have to admit, it’s hilarious to follow this thread. Just saying…
If Nicalis follows up on it’s strategy, the app icon will be updated long before the game gets an update.
I’m sure by now the app would have been updated. This probably means that they are in the process of convincing Apple after the update was rejected. We’ll see what happens but I doubt this is just Nicalis waiting to flip the switch
What lead to Apple finally approving the app before? Wouldn’t it be possible that that update is never released because Apple keeps on rejecting it?
If this is the case, Nicalis could be clear about it, instead of having all of us waiting for the update.
This won’t change anything, rly. Nicalis has pushed this game through so they will manage to push an update.
Tyrone said its pretty close on twitter. I think it will drop mid july early aug. If you follow him he had streams on it and talk about the update. It will be an update for rebirth ios. Which will add the dlc shop in game. No reason for apple to not allow it there is much worse crap on app store and rebirth is in the appstore still. Tyrone putting finishing touches on bugs and stuff before release.

Only thing I’ve seen from Tyrone about it on Twitter was almost two weeks ago. 6/26 to be exact. No updates since sadly.
A good friend of mine has a nephew who has an uncle who knows a guy - and this guys little sister thinks Nicalis forgot how to update the app icon and they are just stubborn and refuse to update the game without it.
