Now that it has been submitted to Apple hopefully it goes through without any problems. I don’t want to see it being denied release multiple times like it did in the past.
Still no word on if it will be a completely new release or an update to the existing app with presumably an IAP for the expansion?
From The Nicalis newsletter: Good news for Isaac fans on the go: An updated version of The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth has been submitted to Apple, which will enable the Afterbirth, Afterbirth+ and Repentance DLC updates for iOS! The update will appear in the App Store as soon as the approval process is complete.
You had to been signed up for Nicalis Inc’s Newsletter on their webpage. No worries AsgerJ posted it above. I think if everything goes smoothly with the AppStore review and Apple doesn’t reject anything, we maybe might see a release either this week or next. I am just assuming though. I believe Apple’s review times are quite fast lately.
Iap’s are starting to show up on the Appstore page. It’s not fully readable yet. But it looks like it will be the same price as the PC version. I think release should be soon, maybe today/tonight. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/the-binding-of-isaac-rebirth/id1069549814
True. Most expensive iap is shown as ¥6000 in Japanese yen. I kept that money on my account it is okay, but first I want to know about touch control. On Rebirth, touch control was tertible and awful. How will it be on upgraded version? I need to know about it before buying it
Yikes! $49.99. Which I am assuming is for everything. That plus the original $22 makes this a very expensive iOS game. Not sure I will double down. Haven’t played it on ios or switch (physical version) in a long time.
I actually don’t own this on iOS. Have it on both Xbox and PlayStation. Been waiting for the full screen update so eagerly waiting to see it on the store. Guessing it will still be $14.99 for the base version?
Alternatively, you could wait for @Chq to put down the update like he does 99.73267% of everything he comments on.
