    Got it, love it, would recommend it to anyone who only needs a basic laptop. I do think I'll pick up the extra RAM, maybe a Christmas present.

    Honestly, most of the things netbooks, most netbooks anyway, are used for (jotting quick notes, a little netsurfing here and there, listening to tunes, etc.) can be done with an iPhone/touch...which is why I haven't gotten a netbook yet.

    That said...I'll probably bite when the new ones sporting ARM A9's come out in '11 or '12, as those will likely be $150 or less and a lot more battery efficient. Won't run Windows stuff, but, honestly...for the stuff most folks use netbooks for, Windows isn't necessary, and neither, honestly, is OS X. A nice little Linux install suffices.
