Some on Apple's list seem really weird....like Robot Unicorn Attack, which has been in the top 25 since it's introduction to the App Store......
Westward is one I think is legitimately fairly unknown. Really enjoyed it and one of the few apps I've actually completed.
probably - but everybody I show it to in the real world had no clue about it, it actually helped sell the touch to my buddy - usually it's the gameloft titles that help that way. ----- Not sure if anybody knows this one here? Area52 Escape is pretty fun - it is basically a total conversion of Wolf3d. It is kind of wacky, the sprites range from ugly to not bad, but it is just as fun as Wolfenstein and even feels slightly fresh because of the sci-fi setting. There are also updates and variations on the gameplay - power ups and health are handled with slight but noticeable difference to Wolfenstein. ...I really wish a port of Blake Stone would get published.
Kryzer looks good, I'm going to check it out. Other hidden gems in my opinion include: Pure Hidden Marblenauts Psychoban DynoGems
