Seriously? ^THIS!^ I hadn't picked up any RPGs before Aralon and BT coaxed me with the ridiculous sales because I just wasn't sure whether I would enjoy them on my phone, but I can now say without reservation that getting BT for a buck is essentially almost getting it for free. I'm a couple hours in (Winter Break! Woo hoo!), and if there ever was an iOS game worth 5+ bucks... this would be it. Trust me, for a buck? Yeah, get it NOW. DBC
Simply put, this is the best RPG deal on the iOS platform at present period. Also, this is one of my favorite action RPG's on any platform. The addition of the originals for free is just the most generous offering from any developer I have encountered without question. inXile, my hat is off to you sirs ~_~

They are hard!! My answer was to skip that whole section and come back later when I was much higher level. However, one tip if I remember correctly: Spoiler did you release the people from captivity to help you? I don't remember the specifics unfortunately. There is a good FAQ on gamefaqs.
