    Unfortunately :/

I'm still pumped for it. I'll be going to the midnight IMAX showing. :p

I have really enjoyed what Nolan has done for the franchise.

Yup! Me too! I had virtually no interest in Batman until I saw Batman Begins back in '05, and The Dark Knight was epic as heck with Heath Ledger's Joker and Batman's over-exaggerated Clint Eastwood voice. :p

I still really don't care for any other DC superheroes though. :p

I've always loved Batman, he is my favorite superhero by FAR!

He's also the only good superhero in the DC lineup.

Yeah. Superman is too generic- it doesn't help that he was one of the first superheros though. Green Lanturn is really tacky- used to like him when I watched Justice League. The biggest problem I have with DC superheros is that most of them have a tacky kind of cheesy feel.

I'm hoping this is building up to a Teen Titans movie for one reason and one reason only... Starfire on screen!!! =)

As Avengers is truly one of awesome movie. I really like this flick so much because of the action sequences of this movie are really heart touching. It's completely amazing. It's truly one of perfect source to see the incredible super heroes in one place.

Saw this the other day and was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I'm very critical of 'superhero' films but the Avengers really nailed it for me. The exceptional Downey-Junior makes the Ironman character facinating to watch, but I thought, in general, the acting was good all-round.

The humour was witty and plentiful, a few hilarious Hulk scenes ;) ....maybe the buildup was a bit slow, but I was pretty engrossed in the story, and when the action did come it was relentless!

    9/10 for me

    More like this:

The Dark Knight > Batman Begins > The Avengers > Iron Man > X-Men: First Class

Kinda ignored this and just saw it is already #4 on top grossing movies worldwide. Plus mostly positive feedback here, looks like I need to watch this.
