Meant to write "Please DON'T think that..." Sorry. In short, yes for the first and no for the second and for the third it is not about what I need. Seems to me you see things way too much from your own personal standpoint, I mean read your own post buddy, it's all about you you you and you. How you feel about the game does not necessarily reflect how others feel, not everyone has a problem with disk space and not everyone is on limited data plan. So no, you can't just arbitrarily rate a game you don't own because someone out there who might enjoy the game will have his/her gaming pleasure taken away just from seeing bad ratings. You say you enjoy playing the first one, read other members' post here. The majority of them feel that the game is better than the first one. So rant all you want in forums and that but don't rate it unless you own it. It is the privilege of those who have the game to rate the game however they like because they have actually "wasted" $5. Another thing, how unfair is it to the artists who have wasted days and months working on this game? Ironically it's pretty much like piracy, you play the game for free and you gave them bad ratings. Put yourself in their shoes, would you still say that what you've done is justifiable?
Are you done yet?! I had an opinion so I expressed it. The site allows us to rate based on our opinions. And that's that. It's an online-only single player game. I don't need to buy it to know how I feel about it. I haven't written any reviews or anything. You're attacking me because I previously rated it one star. Rating's gone, so leave me alone dude. I took the star off so you'd stop, but you just won't. My opinion will remain. So please, seriously let it go. And yeah I feel bad for the artists. I'm an artist and a lot of my work gets messed up by senior level management making unfortunate decisions. That's what I think happened here. All I want to do is express that they should have made better decisions regarding their online requirement. And my only tools to do that? This forum.
I've got a timed mission to get a cop to hospital. I can't seem to find a way to get him there in time. What can I do? Is there a booster that I can use?
@Curtisrshideler Fair enough, just want to clear things up. And hey, I'm an artist too though it's the clients that screw us over here. Finishing up 20 shots a week is a bit of an overkill.
There is, the one that allows you to rise up to the air is very handy. And make sure you hold forward at the virtual d-pad since it boosts your speed as well.
Hi I'm at the end of chapter 3 and it's stuck on 90% I speak to the lady. Then I follow cars and have gang fights which I lose. I can't complete this mission and I can not quit it. How do I quit this mission it just starts over and over
Some missions towards the end of chapters (and boss fights) have to be completed before you can move on. If you can't beat them, you're pretty much screwed. I feel that the game needs an option to restart a chapter to give players an opportunity to "level up" more if necessary.
I don't know how the upgrade web is now, but I remember in the first one that you could focus on a specific upgrade type, which I think should be health, speed, and damage. If not I'm afraid you just hit a little something called a PAYWALL. These are frequent in Gameloft's Asphalt 8.
What's making you fail the mission? Is it a time requirement or is it just because you're dying to the gang members?
Thanks. I'm still trying it. I've tried it both running and swinging. Swinging seems to get me closer but running I get nowhere near the hospital.
Part of the 'Gameplay' are the conditions under which you have to play the game. If those conditions are already known without having to play the game then one is free to pass judgement on that. He can even pass judgement on the graphics and sound from a video. On actual gameplay he cannot make an accurate judgement without hands on experience but it is well within his rights to pass judgement on the condition of an internet connection and as that is the most important thing to him and he gives it a 1 it's not misleading but actually may bring to the attention of others who do not have an always on connection that they would only be losing their money. So his input could be of service to many gamers who do not have a regular internet connection.
At first I had trouble logging in but only twice I got kicked. 99% of the time the connection has been up!so my gaming has not been interferred with at all by the need for a connection. As I'm at home on wifi. It may be very different for those who are out and about. I would be peeved off too if I couldn't play it on the train or bus to and from work. As to the game lag is the issue for me. Could be better optimised for iPad Air. Then the need to have a skill to complete a mission smells of paywalls which I've come across once but I had the coins then what if I don't later on? Will I be forced to grind or pay up? Concerning, I gave it 4 stars mainly because its playable and enjoyable. Neither the paywall not the connection requirements affect ME at all so I can get on and enjoy. But I understand others giving it 1 stars etc for not being able to play regularly. There is repetition which I was critical of at first but as I'm enjoying the game's mechanics a lot even doing similar missions is not so bad because as you level up you're using different and better powers so you get to try out new things continually although the missions are the same. Thus levelling up makes repetition feel not so repetitious.
A Gameloft official only might be able to help you, but your best chance of a refund would be to use apple's website. Try googling," How to get a refund for an Apple App."
Frost I just sent you a spidey suit hopefully you dont have it already. If you could hook me up with one in return that would rock!
Tested on my friend's note 3 using fps meter and the framerate is mostly 16fps on average,It's unplayable.A week after there is still no update not even an announcement nothing.Look people this is GL they may have representatives and stuff but it's all superficial they don't give a crap.Gl=Ea of mobile gaming,When smaller devs can create games like Oceanhorn which are not only better than anything Gl have ever done(Sound Gameplay mechanics and consistent 60 fps WITH good graphics)Then I seriously doubt as to why they even exist.
EA already exists on mobile, so Gameloft can't take place for something already existing. Gameloft doesn't fill their games with IAP that makes it unplayable (Real Racing 3) although if you don't pace their games right with in game currency and how you play it, you may unintentionally make your own paywall. Oceanhorn is a different type of game and requires different types of development, so that shouldn't be compared either. Gameloft does care and they've been considering changing a lot of things. But as said before, things like bugs and glitches can't just be "added" or "taken off." Your not part of their business and you don't know what's going over there. I'm not protecting Gameloft from their errors, although you have to be considerate, as every business has different paces on how they work on their games.
I have been enjoying the game as I dont care about the internet required thing. But I am on chapter 3 and just unlocked the 5,000 coin suit its pretty cool. I just wish we had a zoomed out camera option.
