My thoughts of why it might fail Although I do not really fully under stand the aspects of the 3d on the Ipod touch 4th gen, I have some ideas of why it may fail, to back up my friend here First of all I like to point out that is that it is not as good even close to like a 3DS or a 3d television. But it's 3d is not eye popping 3d but i think it's more of a depth thing then actual 3d. Now i have only seen a glimpse of it and it's not over impressive. it gets the job done but it looks like in beta testing. There is no reason to say rude comments about my friend. I just go in a bit more detail that it is his own thoughts. We all have ideas and this is why wars can start out over silly little things like debates of technology. This battle has been going on for long time and it's getting old. Um err heres my thought of the 3di what ever it's called it is silly looking. But they tried. Apple is becoming good for the gaming market but silly gimmicks like this will not improve apple sales. I also think That it should be re-title to like I-depth instead of I3d.
I know what you're talking about, but here's the thing. 3Di is only exactly that. A test. Did you guys actually think it was some finished product that can't be improved? Also, the iDevices weren't meant to project 3D images to you, and the 3DS was specifically meant to do just that. 3Di is a great example of something that could eventually change gaming on non-3D devices.
