Crafting is definitely odd in this version. I've been playing since day 1 and still can't craft an Ivy Whip to save my life. There must be some hidden prerequisite that I'm not meeting, although I've defeated/gotten pretty much everything that's currently available.
Craaaaaaaaap!! I'm trying to craft a blade of grass for the final ingredient for Night's Edge, the last thing I want to so before taking on the wall of flesh. Crafted a thorn chakram instead. Farming stingers took me forever ><
That sucks. I feel like every time I venture into the jungle I always get swarmed by hornets. I don't remember having a problem picking up stingers. I had more of a problem with the jungle spores.
I'm pretty sure I was simply luckier than I've ever been before in my life. If it makes any difference, I found the Shadow Chest with the thing in an underground jungle, just below where the Hell background starts.
Lol I understand the crafting requirements. I've played PC Terraria for 2 years now. I have all the materials, I just can't get the crafting option to appear.
Ppl should go see the terraria official Facebook page. Posted an hour ago they said they're working on bug fixes and there is a link to enter the bugs you've found. Also!!! They have news coming on multiplayer (though it then says "and android and windows phones). Hope they mean multiplayer at least for ios.
Hi all, I found a "walled" place underground with a golden chest. However I can't enter it. It is surrounded by walls that can't break by pick axe. Pls advise.
Well guess I am waiting for update pretty much got everything i can in normal mode. Full Molten armor and tools, Sharanga, Clockwork Assault Rifle, Mystical Demonsythe, Blade breaker, laser rifle. only thing I can improve is some of the reforges on some of my weapons, maybe some accessories better i guess. Never played before Ios, but gotta say it is tons of fun. Just wish i had more to do.
So kind of stuck. Never get keys to drop in the dungeon, my shadow key disappeared after a crash, I cannot find a third shadow orb, no meteorite anywhere. Thinking about just scrapping it all and starting over. Stuck with gold gear and slowly upgrading to Necro.
best bet is to kill eater of worlds by destroying 3 shadow orbs, and making shadow armor, and weapons.
I figured that... but that is why I said I can only find two orbs. The corrupted area has been blown to bits in my world and I can't find anything. Just demon alters.
Start a new world and just go straight to the corruption area. From what i have seen though if it has demon altars it has 3 orbs. If it doesn't it has 1. I havent had a world yet with only 2.
It's far easier to just craft worm food than to keep making worlds until you find one with 3 shadow orbs. All you need is 6 vile mushrooms and 15 rotten chunks.
