Man I found a sweet boomerang!

 

You only need to build one per NPC, make sure it meets the requirements and there are no holes in the background.

 

Anyone else getting a weird bug with the grappling hook? Mine attaches itself randomly to objects and it's not even in a quick slot.

 

Even if you don't have the grappling hook equipped you can use it most of the time by swiping in the direction you want to use it

 

I hope you weren't building that giant tower with the express purpose of running into the floating islands. The fact that you haven't found them simply means they're not in the airspace above you; you'd better search further out.

If you've already achieved a good altitude, I'd recommend building a skybridge (just be sure to take it down later unless you want meteorites to fall on it).

Thanks for the response guys. I have an iphone 5 btw. I'm I don't like that feature lol. What if you want to continue on your cave journey? It kinda kills the roleplaying element too. But that's ok. It gets you out of jams lol

 

Yeah. I hope so. I bought one because I keep running out of space in my inventory. I end up making it so far down while mining without dying and the only reason I'm coming back up is because I'm running out of space.

Does anyone know if the safe exists and if so does it work?

 

The enchanted boomerang? I've been pretty lucky finding gold chests. I've found 3 of them so far.

I purchased the Piggy Bank from the merchant and placed it in my house, but clicking on it doesn't do anything. How does it work? or is this some sort of glitch in my game?

 

It sounds like it's glitched. In the PC game we could click on it and store money in it and other items. I hope it gets fixed soon as it's actually a very useful item.

 

Damn that's pretty lame! Wanna use my piggy bank! Anyone else have this glitch?

 

I guess, its a weapon that you throw and it comes back to you. Its pretty sweet!

 

I seem to be unable to craft the Specteres boots, even though I am standing next to my Tinkerer's workshop and have both the Hermes and the Rocket boots in my inventory. Is this a known bug?

 

Im new to terraria, what are some good weapons i could make (but simple)? How do you make the winged boots? ( or whatever they're called)

 

I'm not sure if this game is balanced. I feel it is too easy. Now I have 24 defense and said boomerang, it looks like there is no challenge left because I can easily dig down and move from the left to the right end of the map. Digging and mining is repetitive and gets boring after some hours. I had incredible fun though, but now it feels like easy mode and like you have seen everything. I only defeated the first two bosses and yet the gameplay reached a dead end.

 

I have a quick question.
Is there any way to transwer characters and worlds between devices? I mean
iPhone ---> iPad.

 

Anyone else encountering a glitch with the NPC that sells switches, wire cuttiers, etc? I freed her from the dungeon and she came back to my house but everytime I tap on her then tap the "shop" button the game crashes. Have tried rebooting and clearing the cache with no luck...
