Terraria - $0.99 - First Sale Ever!

Thanks for the heads up. First game of the season I've bought without having to think about for even a split second

 

Does the game work well on iPad Mini 2, got this game years ago on PC and logged 400 hours into it and really want to play it again.

 

Although I have junk jack x I decided to try this for the .99!

 

I'm a huge jjx fan, played this game on a friends Ipad but didn't like the controls at all, its just weird idk, want to try it again for a buck but anybody else had issues with controls? do you get used to it?

 

I got used to the controls and got to like this as much as JJX. The controls are better for fighting monsters than JJX's imo.

 

Everyone, huge crisis! I have £1.37 on my iPod, only enough to buy ONE of these games:

Goat simulator,
Terraria,
Surgeon simulator.

Which should I get???

P.s I may be saved, I'm getting a £15 iTunes voucher but I was saving it until Christmas to redeem it on my iPad (christmas present) because I don't know if the games I've bought or downloaded free on my iPod will be on the purchased section on my iPad if I use the same account, pls guys HELP ME! Oh and I also don't know if the games will have gone up by Christmas

 

If the app is universal it will be fine. If not, I think you can still get them to work, but it will be 'zoomed in' so it will look a bit odd!

Edit - quick search and it looks like there all universal so you are good to play on iPod and iPad! Don't know if they have cloud saves though.

As for the price drops, I think they will be set until after Christmas, as there is an App Store lock down over this period

Mess, I bought goat simulator and am going to buy surgeon simulator at Christmas as it says in the description that bossa studio sale lasts till 4th January. I'll just have to hope terrarium stays down! (Also, they're not 69p but 99p!)

And I am already - I ordered an iPhone 6, and it said 4 weeks delivery which would have been delivered Christmas Eve. Turned up two days later Means I don't get anything really exciting to unwrap, but have been making good use of it!!

I was thinking around 15! Well definitely enjoy the iPad! I was 30 before I got one

 

I bought both at the same time, I played terraria first and then couldn't get used to jjx controls when I tried that, gave up for months and months until the fishing was introduced and tried again, now I love jjx more but terraria is still great and when I go back to it the controls are like riding a bike, I'd say keep at it and they'll fell comfortable, I agree with the other poster about terraria controls being better for fighting.
