You can still buy apps due this time on the appstore. It concerns just the developers. They can't upload apps or updates while holiday break.

We have changed the transparency and size of the buttons instantly after we got more than one criticism on it.
Here is a shot how the buttons look like now:

iTunes will be closed for the devs between 22 and 29 december, so we won't have new releases during this time (but we could continue to buy what is already available).

The game looks nice but with all the big releases lately and next week, it will be hard to find it a place.

I've been playing this for the last couple weeks (got a copy for a review site) - and I am FULLY IN LOVE!!!

I seriously can not tell you how much I am enjoying this game. It's got to be one of the best, if not the best platformer I've played on the device, and actually is ranking up there as one of the best platformers on any console/gaming platform - ever.

Can't wait for this one to be released so that I can gush over it with everyone else. =oD

Judging from the screens it looks like something that I would definitely like. 2D games FTW. I can't shake the feeling that the name for this was inspired from Square Enix's characters, though. xD

I figured it would be okay... I mean, I've had it for a couple weeks, and haven't said anything in the thread until now... =oP

Anyway, I'm probably not the one to ask about difficulty... I beat CheeseMan in 20 minutes, and thought it was INCREDIBLY easy, with everyone else saying that the difficulty was just right...

But IMO... and remember... this is just IN MY OPINION... The difficulty is perfect. It reminds me a lot of old-school Mario games in terms of difficulty. There are some spots which are easy, and others which are hard... and the more you play it... the more confident you get, but it'll still throw you quite a bit of curveballs to keep it very interesting. I was thinking that there was a very good amount of enemies, but that once you got through the first world, that was it... but then I just came across a spikey little guy that I haven't seen before now while playing a while ago... so I'm hoping that there's more little guys I have yet to see further on down the road.

There's also quite a bit of exploration involved, which is... FANTASTIC. If you haven't heard me say it before... Metroid II is my favorite game OF ALL TIME... so I love exploration in platformers...

Ok, sold :D It seems complete, I like the art, the story is weird and the gameplay looks good on the videos.
    Thanks :)

    Hey,
I am the level designer and artist for our game. So I can tell you a bit about that.
At the beginning of the game you can choose between 3 different difficulties. Normal, Hard and Nightmare.
On the harder modes are more enemys, more traps and less platforms which make some parts easier. Nightmare mode is very hard compared to the other ones.

ha! see... I totally forgot about that! Thank you for chiming in! I feel a bit stupid now... oh well.

Then... with the difficulty that I'm experiencing, I'm almost positive I'm playing on Hard... because I generally pick the middle difficulty with most games my first time through (minus Cave titles... hehe) - which is great... can't wait to get into Nightmare Mode! =oD

    **edit**

haha... it says what difficulty you're on at the level select screen... and yup... playing on Normal... which is even better (and a little surprising)... glad I've got two more difficulties to play through instead of one... =oD

Thanks Kiwinuptuo, it's good to know how the difficulty levels work! I'll try the normal mode, I like finishing games :p
