Guys a new update is out and it's awesome. They balanced the EXP received and now metal zone in Arena don't need stamina anymore. Some characters have adjustments too. Check it out now !!!
Im reluctant to download in case they removed cool things like force closing to redo round or swap bug glitch.
Yeah - chars with jobs are definitely better. For now, this one's better than my Knight though as a Spear user so he'll be taking his slot on my party. So they are useful, as a gap filler until you get those B or higher named chars, I guess.
Don't bother waiting then. Seeing as how you sound like you really want to play, just make a US account or whatever and download / install the game. It'll still work fine.

No need to make separate accounts anymore. Just view you Apple ID on your device, and switch country. (A quick Google Maps search will give you the street adress and postal code you might need, but most of the time you can just wing it, and follow the error instructions for how to correctly enter postal info for that particular country. Choose "None" for your payment information.)
Here's something interesting: You know how the Puddings in Pudding Time are highly resistant to p-atk? Well, in Pudding Zone 2, Ma'Curi's Thousand Spears skill (which deals a set amount of p-atk dmg of 1k) is able to kill the Puddings in 1 hit. Trust me, I tried this multiple times with Kuscah as the 2nd part of the pincer (who deals lousy p-atk dmg), so you know it's true, lol.
Congrats! Nope, I don't think so, but there is a skill that certain chars can learn that increases your chance of catching any monster. I don't remember the name of it though, lol.
How can he only have B ranks? Did he refuse to ever use his A-SS rank characters to play the game? If this was true then it means that having A-SS ranks just makes your life easier. No need to go the hard way like this Japanese guy :/
I actually hate it when the little buggers move when you slide your characters near them! Hope that was lessened somewhat...

This makes sense to me. With all b ranks you can bypass a lot of level grinding and item grinding since they evolve and level much faster. It would be like speedrunning a game with the best possible b team; he is a skilled player who maximized efficiency to win quickly:
