Around what point should I start focusing on grinding mats for second jobs vs progressing the chapters?

Hey, thanks! Yeah I didnt expect it to be better, I just wanted to see if it could serve a different niche which it really cant. Honestly, I probably spend more time grinding coins/items and levelling characters than progressing through the story...
Hmm.. It really depends on if you're feeling a difficulty curve. Also at some point it gets hard to level because you get so few experience and at that time it'd be good to either go back and get a new job (starts at level 1) or progress to unlock a new metal dungeon.
I think I complete out of luck and the chance to get Bahamut is less and less because the drop rate are based on how many ppl already got it... Recruit: everyone is talking SS classes, I only drew only one S couple A and all rest are shitty Bs... So I guess buying the energies may help to pump the luck rate, at least the DEV may think I'm a supported player; so I paid 4.99 for 6 energies, recruiting and get another B class OMG, do Bahamut event again, another empty hand, gosh! So DO NOT pay just be patience, it made no different at all...hard work is useless too, you need is pure luck, and it piss me off I feel left behind
Dont fret too much, SS mages are overrated(though admittedly powerful). Some Bs are good, like Ma'curi
With an exception of Ma'curi and U'nasag, B ranks are not better than most A ranks and above. In terms of stats and skills most A ranks and above are definitely better than B ranks.
Schberdan, kuscah, bahl are also very good. I just have garbage A and S rank like pahrl, nakupi, palpa, etc. B ranks are advantageous because they tend to have good offensive skills and level up easily, plus they are easy to job upgrade. A and S class units are much more difficult to upgrade because of the need for rare items so they arent great utility wise. I will acknowledge some are good like S class Zuzu but many are a pain and some of the abilities are just strange...
To those who are grinding for Bahamut, there is another way to get him with just 15 stamina. You have to download ifunbox or anything that allows you to browse apps on your idevice or android. for ios you have to look for resumedata.bin So what you do is get to stage 9 and save/export resumedata.bin to your computer. So every time you finish the Bahamut stage and don't get him, you can just copy and paste to overwrite your existing resumedata.bin, and it will take you back to stage 9 and you rinse repeat until you get bahamut. (Stage 9, because if you do it on stage 10, the drops are fixed as it loaded). resumedata.bin can be found inside the documents folder of terra battle app. This will make Bahamut hunting easier and doesn't waste stamina.
Been loving the game. One of those i got to play at least a couple of times everyday.... My current set-up is in the image: SS A B B B C Got some magra but prefer fire mage daiana dont know why. Any sugestions of change? Also just got bahamuth, was thinking i wasnt going to get it before the end of the event
Hmm.. I've gotten him twice in maybe... 15 plays? You guys should give the resume data trick that was mentioned earlier. I personally got him legit but that technique sounds like it could work.
