Using a lightning attack on the boss will stun it. The dude you get after chapter 4 can do it (Ba'gunar)
The 50% fire is pincer: area, meaning he can be in a chain and still hit targets. He also gets revive at high level on first job. In second job, he gets another fire area attack at lvl 15, so you would have two equipped at once (this is good). He also gets regen at high level of job 2. In the third job, he gets more fire-based attacks. SO he is not completely useless if you need an elemental attack guy (like for Pudding Time or against chilly enemies). His MAtk is his main stat.
Thanks managed to pull it off he kept getting stunned was doing some whicked combos with bagunar and kicked some serious butt thanks!
Here's my current squad atm. Pic was taken after doing Metal Zone 2. Squad consists of these ranks: 1S, 4B, and 1C. I'm hoping to replace the Knight soon, and maybe "Bag of Fart" (I know... Not even close to the original name, lol). Can't wait until "My Curry" gets to lvl 35 because he learns the skill that deals 1k dmg. He's one of the best B-Rank chars, imo. Should be at least an S-Rank. And don't forget "Poop Rope". So cute, but deadly. Really useful.
Anyone use Princess Palpa (S Class), I think I gonna to replace my healer - Kuscah the Acolyte, but actually her Mega Heal chain is working differently, only heal afterward like after couple turns, how it's ability work??? Thanks in advance
Palpa doesn't do a direct heal, she casts Regen which heals each character buffed by it a bit each turn for 3 turns.
I see the directly generation is much better then, the princess one just regen a tiny bit each turn, so she is worse than a B Class? Or it is only because she is not high level enough? Thanks again
Likely because she isn't a high level yet. In most games that feature Heal and Regen skills, Regen usually recovers more but over a period of time. Terra Battle is still new and vague enough that we don't know the exact relationship between skills and their corresponding stats.
I'd say the B healer you get is better than Palpa possibly. He has some crazy good skills including one that heals all units on the field when activated. I replaced him with my SS healer but even then, i miss that skill. And just take note, Kuscah isn't a normal healer but a limited time gift. I used energy to get him because during the soft launch they give you a C class healer.
Does anyone know why bahl has a counterattack 30% unlocked at level one and a counterattack 30% unlocked at 65 for job 1? What is the point of that? Do they stack? Also so I just unlocked job 2 for bahl...how do I know what's required to unlock job 3? Unlocking 2 was pretty random to me. Apparently I got some item he needed to get to it. So much needs explaining within the app, so so much.
She will get two chances to counter attack, both at 30% chance. So you can get 0, 1 or 2 chances to hit As for unlocking you can see what is required by going to Add Jobs in the Tavern and clicking on the character. You can also check the characters at www.terrabattlex.com If you look at the characters itl'l show you what you need for each job and you can click through to see which hunting zone you need to farm to get that item.
Are you drunk? hahaha Not including SS characters (that's cheating) I really like Daiana, she packs a huge punch and is "only" an A character.
Wow, this is beautiful. Might just be the king of premium puzzles (though the game handily transcends that genre). How important is it to draw A- or SS-class characters during the tutorial? Will I have further chances down the subterranean road to pick up characters of that rank without spending real world money? (Or perhaps replaying the tutorial for new draws was only a thing during soft launch? There seems to be some cloud system system in place. Does that prevent me from replaying the intro for new characters?)
terrabattlex has a reroll guide if you want? http://www.terrabattlex.com/guides/reroll I suppose you could do that. You do get energy for playing (login bonuses and 1 per chapter clear) so you'll get like 1 roll per week
Yes, you get more chances later. However, if you are willing to replay the tutorial (have to delete the app and redownload or use software that let's you delete app data) you get two chances at a great character draw for as long as the code for the extra five energy works. I did redo it a few times until I got a couple of characters I liked, one S and one A. I've gotten two more S characters since then without spending any money, plus some As and Bs. No SS yet here. Not having any trouble progressing at this point, but I have heard people say that the game gets pretty tough later and having an SS Mage is handy.
Thanks Zorbane. Actually thought I'd seen somewhere to view requirements for jobs somewhere in the game. Tavern was the answer. Think it showed us that in the tutorial, I'd just forgotten. Still think the character page under characters page could show the requirement by clicking on the blank job square that's there. Just like it shows a question mark to click on for when a skill is unlocked. Wish the debs would read this stuff. It would be very easy to implement. Just more information is needed. An in game page of what's in terrbattle.com would be amazing. Not 100% necessary but just on the list of more information they could add that would polish this game up. Anyway, character draws: looks like I got super lucky. Drew a piz'fer SS my second draw from pact of truth. Only the draw after the tutorial draw when I had more energy. Next question: in pact of truth it says I can recruit once for 5 energy or 6 times for 30 energy. (I obviously have 30 energy waiting). I'm no mathematician but 6 times for 30 energy ain't exactly a bargain any more that once for 5 energy. What's the point here? Same sort of thing for pact of fellowship
