For those who were "touring" in Canada for the softlaunch: transferring the documents folder with iFunbox worked fine for moving to my local app version. I probably could have waited for an update and did it directly with iTunes but wanted to say thanks to the devs for an amazing game ASAP by purchasing some bolts.

If you do want to use the internal transfer method, be certain you set the password first with the "transfer device" method before doing so. I forgot this step and was glad I'd backed up the documents folder first

I thought it was gonna release worldwide, but it's not out on the italian store.
Is it still rolling out or have we been considered not part of the world?

When you guys talk about rerolling to get the better characters, do you mean the ones at the very start, or ones purchased with energy?

Is there a character we should specifically be rerolling for i.e. Lucifer back in the day for PAD?

It's a game that belongs to the genre of strategy and requires thinking in order to achieve success in missions.

Instead of relying on the elements (For example: Water, Fire, etc.), to discern strengths and weaknesses, it uses the classes of weapons instead. So in this case, Sword beats Bow, Bow beats Spear, and Spear beats Sword. However, I see no penalty for using a weaker class against a class that overcomes it (or maybe I'm not seeing it?).

Character art is great as well as the background art, and the music adds to the setting of the game.

I'm not sure what to think about this game yet, so I'll play a little longer and see if I take a liking to it.

Edit: Ok, it does rely on the elements later on, not just the classes of weapons.

If you know what a soft launch is, and especially if you've been following this discussion and know this was a 'beta' phase, you have no reason to complain. It is what you signed up for.

Does this have iCloud save? I'm so psyched to play this but I'm getting the new iPhone tomorrow so if it doesn't have iCloud I'll just start playing tomorrow when I get my new phone :)

Not sure if it does but you can easily transfer your save by making a password in app! No worries.

Uhh that was written long ago? Want to bring that up again? Do YOU know what a soft launch is? It's to find bugs and feedback on the game. So if you don't like something you're supposed to say it. It's not not meant for you to suck it up and keep your mouth shut. Again, often game patches are made based on user and company feedback. If no one ever complained then companies would just make their games harder and harder or just never even change them. I don't understand this "you have no reason to complain" spiel. I actually work as a paid beta tester as a side job. That notion is ridiculous.

Definitely no iCloud nor any platform specific saving that you're used to (e.g. Gamecenter & Facebook). Everything is handled on their servers.

The upside is that your save game is given a unique identifier and you can make a *temporary* password for moving from one device to another. I point out that it's inherently temporary because once you use it you have to set another. They have made the arguably odd choice to have everything single device specific as opposed to user account specific so there's no going from your iPad to your iPhone and back again easily at this time. Don't know if they'll re-think that or not.

Do recommend that anyone playing this does set a password they will remember and save a screenshot of their unique ID and transfer ID somewhere so they can't lose their account.

Ok, so I started with two Bs (Grace and Kuscah) then got an A with my 5 energy pull (S'naip). Sounds like I should restart? If so, how do you do that?

Don't. I never restarted, never had any problems, well into Chapter 16 with an interesting stable of B, A, & S class characters. I use the B & A characters far more often than the S class because she's much more niche in utility (although when there are floor traps, bwuhahah)

The people who restarted and restarted and restarted and restarted have serious OCD issues. You need S & SS class characters to play this game about as much as you need a 200' yacht to go bass fishing.

You will, if the pattern continues, get enough bolts per week for one rare pull, I would not concern myself overly much about trying to game your initial *one* pull.

You don't need to pull a super rare char at all. Just focus on the strategy and synergy of your squads. Mistwalker did really well with the balancing of the game and it has zero pay to win attributes thus far. Just start the game up and dive right in. You can also get 5 free energy if you follow terra_battle_eng on Twitter. Hopefully they will be posting codes soon. Then you can get your chance at a epic pull.

Hahaha, no. The only reason you might find that is that by the time you've played the tutorial set of levels 20 times you got the same grasp on the game the rest of us got by the time we'd finished the 6th chapter with whatever "junk" RNGesus grants us on our first run.
