2 Devices Well...I was looking forward to this but I was hoping you could play on 2 devices since I just bought an iPad Pro 9.7. Deleted for now. Any chance they'll fix this to play on 2 devices?!
This game is not ready for released! #### Slow loading time! 999999 connection error! Oh my!! I completed the first tutorial and he threw me into 9999 error and then it starts to slowly load god knows what!!!!#
I found I had a SS guardian(Samantha) in my inventory which after a bit of mucking around I managed to pair with Sarah on the main party screen. I've also added some new armour and companions along the way. Just finished the first chapter, yes it's hard, the key is to go slow, plan your route and don't let the party get separated which is easily done around deeper rocks and cliffs etc Also look out for the shiny stars on the maps as these are hidden treasure sites and you need to park your characters right over it to claim. Load times vary for me, sometimes longer than usual but not annoyingly so. Enjoying it so far though a deeper tutorial and/or game guide would be appreciated as I didn't play Terra Battle 1.
I think everyone gets Samantha. It makes the game so much easier... BTW this game is not newbie friendly! If you are not familiar with the game! Good luck!!! Anyway for anyone who isn't familiar.. This is like the game of GO.
Really like terra battle but I’m starting to doubt these guys. Terra battle1 should have come to Europe and never came. Until I see it on the AppStore I don’t really believe 2nd one will be released here either. And this time not going to bother changing AppStore account
You mean cloud-save to switch between the two? If I'm not mistaken Terra Battle 1 allowed you to do it. I'll take a look to see if they allow it in 2.
Didn't come to Europe? I'm in the UK and have been playing for what, two years maybe? I'd like to know when this one is coming to EU though. I find it a bizarre decision to do a staggered released for an already established IP.
Thanks for the tips maybe I shouldve read when it said hints on the side Im starTing over now and will pay closer attention to all that ha For me the loading screen does get stuck but only if Im on WiFi it I get off of WiFi it runs smooth no issues its a no go if I turn my WiFi on which seems opposite of the usual so some of you that are stuck cut your WiFi off and just see what happens
Well, I mean do it without having to get an email with a code and entering it in the new device every time. The way the have it set up is to just switch devices...not play on 2 without having to go through the hassle of getting a code to enter every time.
First game was one of my favorites, ever. I've beat the first chapter so far and man the load times in the beginningg were atrocious. Also the new map based gameplay doesn't seem too strategic to me, sometimes the enemies will travel across the whole map and other times they will barely crawl. Also, the movement is too imprecise/fast and I find myself leaving a teammate in the dust by accident. And trying to get them into a formation to do a special attack? Impossible Despite that the game is super generous on items and it's easy to heal your units every turn so nothing impossible to deal with so far.
Yikes. Man, if you didn't play the first one, you're just kind of thrown to the wolves here. I played the first one extensively but it's been a while. Luckily I was able to get up to speed but so far the tutorial has NOT been adequate explaining the game mechanics.
I'm halfway across the second map and there is a cut scene with a Tree called Fores. After this on the main menu a new tab appears called Fores and an event called Pact of resolve where you can summon new characters/equipment buy spending energy. I just pulled 10 and got 8 B class guardians and 2 equipment including a S class breastplate.
There seems to be some sort of glitch with upgrading. Or is upgrading level seperate from level up? When I upgrade a character that is already levelled through battle they start at 1 again.
Watched the video and still have no idea what the gameplay is like. Some kind of tile based board game? Odd.
Really? After I signed up with my email I was able to add my same save file to another device. Then I went back to my old device and was able to play again (something you can't do in TB1 which is one device at a time). As for passwords, it looked like in TB2, your password is permanent and it doesn't change from the one you get on your first email. Not sure why my experiences were totally opposite of yours. I tried to double check but looks like it's in maintenance. ==== As for this game, I might not be picking it up. I love everything about it, seems sleeker than TB1 which I played a lot. However the map system which I thought was cool is bothersome to me. The way the screen jumps when you drag, the way characters can get separated, and how there's a lag in between your turn / enemies turn. All of it together just ruins it for me. I'm a huge RPG fan so the world map is something I'd be fine with. Just the way it's made just doesn't feel very fluid. Feels cumbersome and awkward. As for the gameplay, same as TB1. For people that say it's hard, I recommend looking up TB1 tutorial videos on YT. The mechanics are 90% the same - once you figure it out, the first world should be pretty easy. Not bragging but the first world for a TB1 player should be skipped just because it's way too easy and too long (if you're trying to get to the gacha). Too many enemies and I'd run right into the largest group of enemies, destroy all of them in one turn, then another giant group appears.. and it felt like less strategy than TB1. TB1 is more streamlined but it had enemy formations so you had to work around those. Here, you can just ram yourself into most enemy formations but then your formation turns into some random jumbled mess (another thing I don't like). In any case, it all goes back to the world map stuff - just too clunky for me Sigh. I feel like the map was a great idea but then they tried to get too innovative with it and it didn't turn out well. There's items and skills you can use on each enemy encounter but if you look at the mass amount of enemies and the large map, you'd get too lazy to use any of those, especially when many need good formations to be utilized properly. Btw TB1, I rerolled until I got Samatha. She's a pre-reg bonus here
Don't worry Montanx, you're in good company. I played through the first level and a few of the "quests", and I still don't have much of an idea about the gameplay mechanics. I think I have the basics (line up characters to attack, how to heal, etc.) and survived the first level without much problem (though it took a long, long time); however, when it comes to leveling (and there seems to be many, many types of leveling), items, skills, the guardians, I still feel pretty clueless. The in-game Hints help a bit, but it's really learning by trial and error (I never played Terra Battle 1). The video doesn't really give a good idea about the game, but honestly I'm not sure how I would make a better video. With that said, I think I like this game. I think.
Hmm, So I'm running iOS 11. I switched to my US account to download. Started the app and played a bit. Then I switched back to my normal account. Launched the app and all I get is "Regrant failed. Please purchase the software application first.". Switch back to my US account and it launches no problem. I wonder if the studio made it like that to make it awkward to play with other accounts, or did apple do something in iOS 11 to make it more awkward. Either way it's friggin annoying.
