Is anyone else having this problem? After I've built two cities I can't build anymore. When I try to build a third city, I get the message Bad area for a city. If I tear down one of two my cities I'm then allowed to build a new city in the place that was previously labeled a bad area. I think this is a bug. Or am I doing something wrong?
