I think the exact time can vary, as some games take longer to propagate through the app store than others, but it should be around midnight.

Pricing I can't say yet, as that's all under CN's control (and I'm actually not sure if it's changed since I was last told what the plan was...) The price should be comparable to other live CN apps. Timing-wise, I believe it should be midnight EST, but not 100% sure. I've seen them sometimes go up on Wednesday night around that time, but I've also seen it take 1-2 hours past that as well
