Finished 2nd playthru without Robotic Blood Brother and it's still relatively easy.

I noticed there's a mechanic that heavily favors fast single target kill strategy: every time you kill a figure, the resource bar will reset. This strategy calls for figures with cheap damage (1st) skill with max str build (20 + 3 mod) -> 13 dmg per hit

I have couple of them at L20: Speedy and Aquaman. Aquaman is slightly better with non-dodgeable instead of shield piercing and 2nd skill: dance which is good for long battles.
These two are great for single battles but need healing support for tournaments. I use Starfire for healing with +healing chip.

I did find two other figures that can solo (with 2 tag along low levels) last tournaments:

    Mother mae-eye
Build with max str + fast cast chip + some dodge and health. Similar to RBB, her mind control can sustain her while debuffing. She's not as OP though because she can be interrupted.

    Terra
I initially build Terra for her 2nd skill: multi-hit with crit + duck mod but stumbled upon this tactic instead.
Build: str + crit, sleepy duck or health duck mod. Her first skill Raspberry stuns and drains 10% enemy bar. Its bar costs less than stun durations so she can actually keep enemy forever stunned and debuffed while building extra bar for her 2nd skill.
It's like: stunx5, attack, repeats ad nauseam.
This could be considered OP except that it's very tedious to play.

I think any figure with Raspberry as first skill can utilize the same tactic. Nerf incoming?

I tested curse build with Multiverse Raven but not that strong.

Anyway, I'm looking at other crit and dodge builds...

Any way to see the rarity of a figure outside of the store?

Not yet, however there aren't more or less rare versions of the same character. Every Robin and Trigon is the same, with the exception of level differences.

However, looking in the figure collection, lower number figures are more common than higher.

For those interested... CN did a limited run of 3D printed Teeny Titans mini figures, and they're giving 'em away in a series of contests the next few weeks!

We have a set in the office and they're super rad! Really cool to see our designs in physical form :O

Suggestion: Modchip Sale and Movement Idea

I would like to see an option to sell modchips because I pick up a lot of modchips that i don't use and I think selling them would be the best option. Also, as for movement, I think a D-pad at the bottom left of the screen would be very useful. Especially for things like the Flash Sale and trying to make it to a sale at a store.

Terra is apparently unbeatable. I ran through the last tournament solo with her. She finished with full health. As others have described, the strategy is to get her abilities all shiny, and then control the opponent's power bar.

I suppose there has to be a best figure, and it seems to be Terra.

I don't think the best figure is Terra, because she is too tedious to win a battle.

There are many better figures (and also unbeatable) which win a battle much faster than Terra.

For example, Robotic Blood Brother can discharge two times, and use the mind control to heal back the damage.

The cheap damage abuser(Wonder Raven , Trigon and Serious Bumblebee) also can rack up lots of damage with just dance bit before the enemy can react.

Another problem for Terra is that she can't forever stun the opponent when she has been stunned already first. This is important because the Serious Bumblebee's shiny quick damage is stun+ 18 damage.

So in my opinion, the Serious Bumblebee is the best figure, (I solo with her in last tournament without taking any damages) because she can stun and damage opponent really quick, and the opponent will be stunned again when it wakes, especially with the help of teammates' Just Dance bit.

P.S. I think the stun mechanic is pretty OP and should be nerfed. It should be a skill to counter the stun, such as regain action , can swap teammate, or immune etc. If you take out the broken stun mechanic and RBB as a factor, I think the best figure should go to Joker.

That is awesome. I'll have to check out your tweet although as an old school "Atari" gamer tweeting is still a bit challenging for me!

I didn't realize that Ser Bumblebee punch upgrade is stun which duration last longer than the time it takes to do another one. Just tested it, yes it's definitely OP/best since enemy can't counter attack (unless it's dodged).

I think stun itself is fine as long as duration is short enough so enemy won't be perma-stun.

Haven't tested Joker yet.. what are his upgrades?

Joker deals good damage with the Teeth on a crit build, but they can be cleansed. If stun is nerfed, i dont see how Joker can be the best one if his 3rd skill is affected.

Our entire team is seriously flattered by all the activity in this thread, and all the great feedback we've witnessed here. You guys are amazing.

Stun is definitely being looked at, as is overall figure balance. The balancing that was implemented in the last build was only a small and very fast pass, as we were under a time crunch to get the bug fixes in that build live asap

Another update won't be right away though -- we're trying to be thorough with some fixes, improvements, and other goodies. Thanks all for playing!

Looking forward to it! Despite a few balance issues here and there, the game is great fun. I am on my 3rd playthrough at the moment.

The two balance issues that really seem to be off are -
Raspberry, which can be used continuously to prevent an opponent from having an attack and
Quick attacks, which can end a battle before it even gets going. I'm using Cyborg's Head and just spamming his first power to slide through tournaments.

Finally Cyborg Head gets mentioned. It's got the quick punch that can have a base of 19 to 20 damage. Now there's something that could be OP in terms of burst damage when chained from battery charges.

Hi, I'm super hyped with the game.
Anyone knows why the game is not available in Spain and when will be.
    Thanks
