So I am calling Apple to get them to send me the Magical White Box so I can send my iPod back and get it replaced. My home button just hardly works anymore. It sucks, and I am finally getting tired of it. So this is going to sound super lazy, I know. But my question is, if I send it in, will it come back to me with all my stuff on it (Music, Apps, Photos, etc.)? My problem is mainly the music. I have all my music scattered on 3 different computers. Yes I know, I need to centralize them all. I just am curious if it comes back with all your stuff and app data back on it is all. ^.^ Cause if it doesn't, I'm looking at a rather lengthy pod-to-PC extraction...
How could they possibly keep those files on the device for you? They don't fix it; they send you a brand new, factory condition device. Lol, you're expecting a little too much from Apple if you think they're going to take the time to figure out what's wrong with your device.
