    Loving this game! Thanks so much. I have one small request. I am in the top 10 on pvp but never have the option to fight anyone above me (currently 5th). Is it possible to make it so you always have a crack at a higher player? I want my shot at the title!

    Really great game.

    I've run into the same problem. In fact, I think you and I swap places a lot Kane. :)

    I could fight the top 3 when I was in the teens, but being in the top 5-10 won't let me try the top 1-5. Paying 10 chronospheres to refresh the opponents gives me the same group.

    I also agree about the KP not being very rewarding for insane story levels. I've completed all 50 on normal and hard, and now I'm on to the insane ones and my hand/arm stiffness isn't worth it when trying the insane levels for better KP. Just crafting a few level 1 blueprints uses 1.29e9 KP even if you have the rest of the mats. It takes a while to get 1e9 KP as it is.

    Speaking of blueprints, being able to trash them from your inventory might be nice. You can sell off completed ship parts but I cannot see a way to get rid of a blueprint other than to craft it.

    Keep up the great work and I'm still really enjoying the game, 50 transcends later!

    We are starting on V1.1 the first 'big' update. We will definitely revisit the matchmaking algorithms. We did not have many beta testers so this was a hard part to get right, but we have enough data to get it right this time. We are redoing that entire view anyways and going to improve the matchmaking process as a whole.

    Kane2505 - glad you are enjoying the game!

    ArtistWolf - congrats on so many transcends. We are adding more heirlooms and power-ups in the next update if you have any suggestions you would like to see. We will also look into selling blueprints in the black market, that is a great idea. We will improve the KP rewards too from insane mode. What kinds of numbers are you thinking would be fair?

    So is that fix for the story levels coming soon? It's kind of frustrating to be unable to do anything above level 47 hard since all the waves are just bugged out for me. Seems it's not an issue everyone is facing. Should I be re-installing or something? If I save my progress, delete the app and reinstall and then load it, will it keep all my progress (ships notably)?

    Some interesting heirlooms might be ones that increase planetary drop rate. Farming the planets in story mode is the fastest way to get the materials needed for ship and weapon upgrades, especially early on. A high amount of GP really doesn't help since everything is restricted by high KP costs. So getting things like microchips from planetary farming is faster than creating them. Then it comes down to getting the 1+e9 KP for the item construction.

    Heirlooms that reduce taps needed for combat by 1 per heirloom might be good as long as there is a cap on them, like say 5 or 10. Some of the ship parts do this, but at the cost of other stats. It needs to stay balanced.

    I'm not sure how you'd feel about a chronosphere increase (like 1% per heirloom picked up) heirloom, since that is the premium currency. Maybe hold off on that for now to see how the balance is.

    A couple of others could include +shield% similar to other existing heirlooms, faster energy regen in combat, and faster shield regen in combat.

    I'm not entirely sure what is a good number for insane story level KP drops. I want to say in the 1e9 range, but I haven't tried updating to the deeper levels yet. I've currently at level 2 and 3 for my ships. I'm definitely interested in seeing what other increases to KP gains you have in the update.

    Upgrading an item from 3-4 costs 2.16e10 KP so that's getting pretty pricey there. Granted the gains from 3-4 are also kinda nutty so maybe that high a value is required. That said aside the daily PvP reward getting to e10 in KP is quite hard (the 3 hour boost currently gives me 1e9).

    All things on the red tab are saved + chrono and heirlooms of course. Ships and blueprints are saved, rare resources are not saved!

    ArtistWolf - Thanks for the good ideas. I think we will use most of those heirloom requests.

    Chen93 - Still looking into the issue, but the save/load should work. Let me know what happens. Did you know you can tap a power-up while it is in cool down and watch a video to enable the power-up instantly. This way you should be able to use the time boost power-up multiple times in a row.

    Moha - You are correct, I guess you have used this feature before.

    We are thinking of additional ways to get KP. If anyone has any good ideas be sure to let us know.

    I have really really enjoyed this game. I was trying to make space on my phone by deleting apps and j accidentally deleted this game. I had saved the day before so it wasn't like a had to restart from the beginning. However, when I loaded the game I had all my ships and chrono but when I start upgrading and I get the orange tab everything is checked off, so I can't upgrade or progress through the game anymore. Is there anything I could do to fix it? I do not want to restart from the beginning cause I have put in a lot a time into this game. Thanks.

    castorIV - Thanks for pointing that out. I figured out what happened, and I just fixed this now. I will send the patch to Apple here soon, trying to squeeze a couple other fixes in. Look for V 1.0.4 tomorrow and reinstall/load this version to continue where you left off.

    Kp ideas

    I saw in an earlier post you were looking for ideas to make more KP I think it would be neat to add a scout feature to the planets, you could make it an upgrade after the space station to unlock it so it couldn't be used to bypass all the upgrades in the blue tab, you could send the extra ships you have to the planets you already have beaten and they could "scout" and generate so much KP per hour or second, or you could send them to find special items and you could pick one of three items such as gold bars neurotransmitters or superconducting wire. This would also create motivation to build more ships because by the time you make a fourth one the other ships are much higher level and there isn't much you can do with it. The higher the level the higher the KP and the higher the special item like it is set up now. Then you wouldn't have to spend forever farming through the levels like you do now to get items. It could also be correlated to speed for instance the more speed a ship has the faster it generates KP and the more attack and shield ect the rarer the items it brings back are. Another idea I had was that when you transcend you could pick to generate more KP or more GP. Let me know if you like it or think it's a good idea, I love the game! It's probably my favorite app of all time, keep up the awesome work!

    Blake8069 - that scouting planets idea is awesome! Too bad now V1.1 is going to take a bit longer than expected because I am definitely adding that feature into the game.

    So far our planned features for V1.1 (first content update) include but are not limited to:

    - New heirlooms - both added stacks to existing heirlooms and entire new heirlooms.
    - New ships.
    - Skins for ships to customize appearance (would become the 6th equipment slot).
    - Sell equipment blueprints in black market.
    - Scout planets with unequipped ships. This will probably be a timed thing where you place 'x' amount of ships to scout a planet and they extract 'y' amount of KP and resources per hour in idle. The amounts will vary on amount of ships scouting, ship levels, and planet #.
    - Possible 'transmission' type events similar to the original Tap Transcend. If you played the original you will know what I mean.

    Any more ideas or questions/comments?
    What do you guys think about the proposed update? Would you like to see anything else specific, or think something above would be a waste of our time?

    Update looks awesome!

    Just a little comment here.

    App still force crash from time to time when coming back from story mode.

    Still ships acting in real time whatever the mode, easy or hard. Once in a while.

    And a little suggestion.

    Maybe extend the top tier PvP reward to 1-25 or 1-50 instead of 1-10.

    I can't complain I'm always between 6 and 10#, but still I think it helps creating an "elite" of 10 people.

    Just my opinion here but maybe think of something else to buy bulk of ressources, you have to tap 6-7 times to get to 10k, 100k.
    In between it "loads"?!?. It's a bit tedious and most of the time when you close the app, they reset to1 instead of staying where you left it.


    Stilllllllllll awesome game!
    Best time killer in 2016 so far!

    We are looking at V1.1 being available sometime next week hopefully. I still have to submit V1.0.4 tonight, I didn't get around to it last night.
    I will reconsider the existing PvP brackets. We weren't sure what to do, so what you see is sort of our first guess at a bracket setup.
    As for the multipliers, I will look into 2 solutions.
    1) make the multipliers save when you quit the game. The way it works now it only saves in-game. So if you leave it gets lost.
    2) make the multipliers a list of buttons, instead of being an incremental button.
    Which seems like the better option?

    We are analyzing the crash reports and there does seem to be an occasional random crash here and there. I am working to fix these too.

    Any other suggestions? We want to keep some more content for V1.2, but we are always looking for good feedback and ideas!

    A consistent way to crash the game involves combat. If you are fast, you can press an attack and then press a different attack as they are sliding off the bottom of the screen. This causes you to continually be able to attack, however the attack might not correspond with the correct ship.

    If you continue this non-stop combat, or put combat into auto mode, you will most likely crash the game. I've also seen it think I am on wave 4 or 5 of 3, which guarantees a crash.

    The only way out of this non-stop mode is to do nothing, and let the natural order of ship turns work itself out.

    You might want to check into this bug, or disable the ability to press a second attack as they slide off the bottom of the screen, or simply make the attacks disappear rather than slide after selecting one. :)

    Ideas

    Currently there isn't a whole lot I can do with the premium currency, I was thinking it would be cool to be able to buy the other items when you prestige for like 500 for a second item and 1500 for all three. Or to be able to refresh your power ups for 500 or a thousand. I hate for it to end up being like one of those apps where you have to spend money to play constantly but I've already spent like $15 and planning on buy more soon there just isn't a whole lot I can do with it. Like I said I hate those games where you have to spend money to do anything or they constantly try to get you to spend money but I think adding one or two more things you can do with them would be nice. I've also had a lot of trouble with it freezing when I try to watch adds to instantly refresh my power ups. I wait a minute the add won't load and I have to close it out and reload the app and it says I'll only have 9 adds left for the day this normally happens at least two times a day. Today it happened 5 times though. I really appreciate that there aren't adds constantly and you don't have to pay to do everything like some apps. That's my biggest complaint about most apps but you have a great balance. Love the app!

    Add freezing

    Make that 7 times the video refresh has frozen today, I was saving the last two to upgrade my ship but they froze up and when I reloaded the app they were gone.

    ArtistWolf - How long have you known about that bug? And you just tell us now! Really though, thanks for pointing that one out. I fixed it just in time before I ship V1.0.4. It should clean up a couple of the remaining bugs including what you just mentioned. I fixed it simply by disabling the buttons after one is chosen (not including the toggle moves on some ships).

    Blake8069 - Thanks for your ideas. You seem to have a lot of good ones. We have more updates planned, and we will use all the feedback we can! I will probably hold some requests for a later update, but we are thinking of expanding the ability of using chronospheres more. We are expanding the black market in V1.1. I am looking into the video ad bug right now, I seem to have forgotten about it as I remember someone mentioned it a week or so ago.

    We really have big plans for this game.. we plan to do a couple of sub-incremental updates, V1.1 probably up to V1.3 or so, and then we would either work on a V2.0, or just build a new game and make Tap Transcend a trilogy.. but it is still a bit too soon to think that far ahead!

    Blake8069 - when you say 'freeze' do you mean entire lock up, like no animations, or do you mean the spinner just keeps spinning? Those are 2 different problems really.. Thanks.
