Can someone tell me how Crafter's Elixir, Amulet of the Valrunes, and Future's Fortunes work together?
Ok the new dungeon bosses seem like a cool concept, but the first boss has 27tt HP. Im at stage 746 on my current playthough, and i cant deal any damage to here, even with a full load active skills. I had to waste gems on that 50% HP damage thing just win 15 gems. I love the game since it launched but now it just feels the game's getting a bit greedy.
I wonder what determines its HP, mine didn't have anywhere near that much, I didn't see exactly what number but I defeated it in 10 sec or so - currently on level 270, I used all skills to defeat it.
I'm not sure how they did the enemy HP for the daily boss. For me my level was around 400 and with the shadow skill active, it was over with an insta-kill. The free gems are nice, but it wasn't very satisfying to win milliseconds after hitting the button to play and left me puzzled like WTF just happened.
I'm on stage 739 and had the exact same experience. It was completely ridiculous and I had no chance of killing him. Lame.
Ok the bosses seem to be scaling based on our current stage, which can be a good thing, since we eventually prestige, it means the dungeon bosses HP can be manageable at certain point in our power spikes.
Since you and I are about at the same spot, have you found any value (other then additional relics) in "Evolving" your heroes? I have noticed that it only hurts my dps (since I lose their perks). So I only evolve them if I know I can immediately level them up to 1800 (and get all their perks back). But I have a few over level 2000 now, and they aren't contributing to my dps at all. It seems like there is never a point where the amount of gold it costs to level up an Evolved hero is worthwhile compared to leveling up my currently strongest hero (except for additional prestige relics).
The only time i evolve lower lever heroes is when im about to prestige. Their levels slightly affect the relic reward count. Other than that, evolving is pretty useless. At higher stages, it's all about spiking in damage with newly unlocked heroes, and only unlocking skills of the lower level ones (Lv800).
Really? That's weird. I'm on stage 565 and I didn't even have time to press all of my powers before I beat him. My buddy in the other hand is on 673 and lost using all of his powers, but no extra skills.
Good info but what do You think is the best thing to level up to get the most relecs possible before you you prestige?
I'm not certain, but I think it is based on total cumulative hero levels. So, I always spam +100 levels on whichever hero costs the least to level up at the time. I keep doing this jumping from hero to hero until I'm out of money, then I prestige. I also have a lvl 9 "Unread Aura" artifact which gives me +45% relics on prestige. My last prestige was for: Hero levels: +66 Stage completion (lvl 760): +904 Full team: +910 Total: 1940 relics So, all things considered, the hero levels count for very little (3% of my total earned relics). And the vast majority of my heroes were level 1800+. Seems kind of lame, should be worth more imo. With the current game balance, leveling up your early heroes past 800 is nearly pointless.
Same thing today, except no skills were in use. I was on level 350 when I did the daily battle, shortly after getting Flavius. Maybe that's why the game is too easy with the daily boss, if the health is based on current level.
Yup... And you just power-spiked by just getting Flavius. You are strongest at your current stage when you acquire a new hero, in his first few levels.
There is one exception to this that I've found. In the low 1000's evolved chester is actually stronger than mohacas. I usually get Mohacas his level 400 skill, then focus entirely on chester. For comparison my chester is level 1010 atm and costs 1.02E+94 to level up, giving me +7.37yy dps per level, while Mohacas is level 400 costing 7.81E+93 to level up and giving me 1.57yy dps per level. After getting Chester to level 1050 each level is giving me +553.52yy dps
How the hell do you ever reach unlocking Mohacas? Congrats on doing that! That in itself is a feat in this game. At stage 773 i can kill a non-boss, non-chesterson, with no power active, in 22 seconds which is kinda pathetic. LOL No way im getting past each every 5th boss without any combination of Heavenly Strike, Shadow Clone and/or Zerk Rage. Im just waiting for my dead character to revive in about 40 mins. So i can prestige again.
Lots of artifacts =p sadly some artifacts are unquestionably better than others, it's all luck on when you get them to show up. I got lucky on a few, but I'm still bitter on worldy illuminator being my 20th artifact.
Would you mind sharing which artifacts you think are your best ones (and what they do)? I might cash some of mine end depending on what you share
Here are my artifacts. Any you think I should trade in? Edit: oops, I included Ring of Wondrous Charm and Savior Shield 2x...
A lot of it depends on where you are in the game, but a list of a few of the good ones IMO Unread Aura - every level in this gives you extra relics from prestige Ring of Wondrous Charm - Newest update fixed this item so it will cap out at level 25 giving you -50% hero upgrade cost Tincture of the maker - slow to upgrade, but a nice overall dps boost Death Seeker - big crit boost, caps out at level 25 with +50% crit chance Drunken Hammer - big boost to tap damage which is where most of your damage comes from in the later levels. Worldly illuminator - caps out at level 5 with -500% monsters each stage and a huge +1440% all damage, great for the cost, and makes speeding through the early levels much easier. Hero's Thrust - I actually don't have this one yet, probably the artifact I want most at the moment, big boost to crit damage. A few other combos that work well Overseers Lotion/Ogre's Gauntlet - leveling both of these together can get your shadowclone cooldown/duration to the point that you can have a permanent shadowclone. Great for afk grinding the early levels after a prestige. I sadly can't do this yet. Crown Egg/Chest of contentment - One increases chesterson spawn rate, the other increases chesterdson gold. Worst artifacts: Outerworldly armor/saviors shield - you really shouldn't be pushing bosses that are taking you very long to kill. Once you hit the point bosses are dangerous for you it's time to prestige. Most of the others are decent. Every ability has a combo of lowering cd/boosting duration, shadowclones are just important for the lazy
