Bought the expansion on the iPad, but the iPhone says "cannot connect to store" and wont let me buy the expansion or restore purchases..anyone else have this issue... ?
While mainly more of the same, I do like the house rule of the option of getting a dungeon treasure as opposed to a talisman from a Warlock quest.
There was a seperate update yesterday, it just took longer for the IAP to go live on the store today.
Right, yea, the content was stuck in apropval limbo, probably cause the update didn't describe the new expansion. Been excited for this one for awhile now, was happy when they announced a release date earlier last month. They've never had issues with content in the past two expansions, and there's nothing objectionable that coulda stalled it judging by the card wiki. Was confirming the fact that in my area, the actual IAP was cleared for purchase on my device about half a day or so after the update came out.
Not clear if the order of projects are written in stone, but just look at the detailed listing of what the Steam Talisman Season Pass includes. What scares me is how even with Dungeon we haven't even scratched the surface of the upcoming expansions! http://store.steampowered.com/app/258817/ They say Blood Moon is next.
Thanks for the info, looks like the City has four expansions ahead of it before we get it, so hopefully by this time next year.
Yes black for me too. iOS 8.1 6+ Not that it's a big problem, but it does make you wonder what kind of testing some devs do on their own app. That ones literally staring them in the face.
I'm aware I've just basically repeated myself there,sorry! On a different note,I'm interested in the expansions. Do they all warrant their price or are some better value than others? I'm talking the actual expansions here, not the characters.
They all add a lot more variety via extra adventure cards, characters, spells, and some new mechanics. Reaper: Death travels the board, controlled alternatively by all of the players, causing annoyance to whomever he lands on. Frostmarch: This one added a bunch of alternative Warlock Quests (you now draw a card as opposed to rolling a die), a few alternative endings, and a bunch of cold themed adventure cards. Again that link I provided earlier (http://store.steampowered.com/app/258817/) provides basic details on all of the released expansions and characters so far when you look at the details of what the Steam Talisman Season Pass includes. Dungeon: This one adds a whole new mini-board in the corner in the form of a dungeon complete with lots of beasties and treasures to encounter.
Got this on the PC and boy what a great game. Takes me back to my early days of roleplaying. Good luck guys and great job!
The black icon issue should be fixed with the next update. It was caused by a problem with the middle-ware we use, so it was out of our hands unfortunately. We have to wait for the middle-ware company to fix it before we can include the fix, so it might be a few weeks yet.
