Highland hasn't passed Apple submission yet, so isn't available. Hoping to pass on Monday or Tuesday.
I'm waiting for it as well - had a great game of Talisman on Saturday, sat back on the couch passing my 6+ back and forth with the screen mirrored on our AppleTV/LCD panel. We've been doing this a lot with iOS boardgames now that our (6yo) daughter is old enough to play, but our (21 month) son tends to disrupt physical board games. Otherwise I could just break out my complete 2nd edition set.
It actually might not be out this week. Reading the Steam forums, there seem to be a few bugs that need to be ironed out (Combat bug, Ninja with a follower, several cards missing text)
The update failed Apple submission due to something we weren't doing correctly because of a recent iOS firmware update. It's back in with Apple now though and the re-submission includes a fix for a major bug related to games resumed from a previous version.
Thanks for the info! Did the Steam version bugs not end up in the iOS version? (Missing card text, black screens)
The blank card bug was unlikely to happen in the iOS build, but it was possible. We fixed it anyway and included the fix in the re-submission to be on the safe side.
That is unfortunate news, so I guess it's another week wait until I can enjoy the Highlands. Thanks for keeping us in the loop Jaxon, I do appreciate it.
I just bought Talisman and love it! One suggestion/request: can we please get several save game slots? I play with my son for off-line games in our iPad AND I want to play my own game. At this moment, this is impossible to do
Hi. We've considered this for a while, and although there hasn't been a big demand for it, I can see why it's worth adding. We'll certainly consider it. Thanks!
