How does the game play on an iPhone 6 +? This is the first time I'll be buying a Telltale game but from what I've heard, their games have performance issues on iOS devices. Can anyone confirm? Thanks!
I've played ep1 on iPad 3 and now I bought an iPad Air 2. Is there a way I can use import my save on Air 2?
Getting the save file from your iPad 3 using iFunBox or iFile as there seems to be no iCloud transfer.
I really do love this and I'm very Suprised there isn't more attention here still. For me it's the best telltale yet by far but that's probably because I love Borderlands and they did an awesome job. Played trough 4 times just to try different things and may do 1 more time to make the decisions I'm happiest with for this episode.
I'm playing this on XBone because I've read that there is a little bit of jankiness on the iOS version's animation. There's absolutely no jankiness on XBone. It's some of the best animation I've ever seen. The art style is incredible. This is only the second telltale adventure that I've tried. The only other one I've played is the first epp of the walking dead. I liked that one ok, but not enough to play the others. I'm loving this one though. Can't wait to try the Minecraft one with my 10 year old.
Mine runs smooth on the air 2 not problem but TWAU use to be laggy during action scenes on my iPhone so I know how the games can be. They really need to work on that if it happens with all of their games.
It's RAM limitations. It can't really be helped, unfortunately. Some areas simply cache and clear faster than others.
I don't get why Telltale's pushed updates for both this and GoT that require the entire game to be downloaded. Bug fixes? Really? It was alright when we were downloading 300 MB files for Walking Dead, but at 800 MB, this is ridiculous. :/
It's ridiculous how long the next episode is taking. The schedule originally promised the new episode toward the end of January. Now it's almost March and no episode 2!
Is anyone else having problems playing episode 2? (I'm on an iPad 3) Near the start of the episode in the computer room with the retinal scanner, there are no hot spots to interact with. I've tried rebooting my device but when I get to this point, all I can do is walk around the room with nothing to do.
Yep. Me too. I've tried all the normal ways to force a fix with no luck. Playing on iPhone 6+ too. Kinda pissed that we waited so long between episodes for it to break gameplay 5 minutes into it. I wonder how long we have to wait for them to figure out its not working, craft a bug fix, submit the update to apple and finally learn where the General's body is stuffed in the computer room from hell.
